Overall it was a good service provided by these people. We did not get to carry tents, sleeping bags and a big thanks to these people for this. The advance paid beforehand was documented well and was acknowledged. The place is neither organised nor super clean. Same goes with the mats they provide inside the tents. But one important thing to note is that trek is not a luxury trip and such fancy things are not to be expected. They did the best they can. Kudos for the service.

Great service provider! We didn’t use a tourguide option, but used this service to get informed about the Kumara Parvatha trekking! They provide us with all informations, clearly and quick answers. Very nice lads

Over all experience was amazing.

Location: very near to start point of trek, just 200 meters walk n get tent.

Behaviour: Very polite, genuine, smile on face.

Tents: We took 19 tents for rent, but few were damaged. Because we can't check each at bottom, but at buttaramane the same KTS helped us to fix.

They charge more to the people who come from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. They will cheat you by saying double triple rates.

I just share my experience.iam planning to kumara parvath trekking then I found this agency's website site for booking a camping gear all my question clear by there technical team on WhatsApp and emails.then finally iam competed my booking for 2 days trekking.all going smoothly but after few hours they said trekking is closed by forest department because of hevy rains.then they give suggestions also for good time to treeking and how to approach in locally.i just send email regarding refund then they respond with in 1 hour.refund process start then they said it's takes 2 to 4 day's but I received full refund amount with in 24 hours.they very friendly and convenient as per Travers need so.thanks to this tourist service at kukke.have a great day my dear traveler's.

We have hired tents for KP trek and rent was pretty economical and we even rescheduled tents for another day it was flexible.

We booked Tents and sleeping bags, it was not washed / dried after used it was very smelly, regarding booking was good with all details in there website and very responsive on details and The contact person who we need to collect the Tents are very friendly

Good experience, we booked 2 tents (3 person and 2 person) and they were in good condition. Unfortunately there was heavy rain and it's no one's fault. The issuer and manager both are very friendly and are always there when you need them.

Some people did give a wrong feedback with indented misleading, as per my experience we were asked to check at point of issue the one who issues was really friendly and helped us a lot the gear were in extraordinary condition

I went on a two day trek to Kumara parvatha. Don't underestimate this trail if you are a beginner in trekking. Better carry your own food. With more people pouring in year on year, finding a decent camping spot is a hassle if you reach base camp (bhatramane) late. But the camping gear rented out to us was of good quality. Great experience.

We booked tents and sleeping bags, both were in good condition, they were very helpful provided lot of information and also suggested how we need to trek. I would like to recommend this place to other trekkers.

I rented a sleeping bag from here. No issues in the product. I should appreciate the guidance provided by the owner of this store for the trek. Literally he became my trek planner. Keep up the good work.
Tip: you can have bath in the culvert after the trek, near to that store, shallow and clean water.

The tents with wrong stems given and the folks suffered in installation and could not sleep, the sleeping bags were wet and smelly and could not sleep, they could have been dried using a dryer if it was raining.

We booked the Camping equipments through thier online website and Camping equipments and sleeping bags were all well maintianed and clean. Had a wonderful expierence camping at Kumara parvatha all thanks to kukke Tourist services.

We had booked for 3 tents and 8 sleeping bags out of which sticks of one tent was a complete mismatch and we had to sleep in a deflated tent and all the sleeping bags were stinking we couldnt use atleast one of them. We had hired a porter called Ganapa who seemed to be a fraud pls dont hire him. One would expect some quality after paying so much

We took 3 tents and sticks/supports in one of the tents was not the correct one. The sleeping bags were smelly, damp, mouldy and not dried well. We ended up sleeping on the ground keeping sleeping bags away with a tent roof that kept falling through. The woman in charge expected Rs 19000 caution refundable deposit for this bad piece. Very upsetting and Unprofessional!

It was an awesome, smooth journey with driver Prakash. Overall its an pleasant experience throughout the journey. Best one for those who is looking for cabs in kukke ghats region. I have enquired other cab services there. But found this one as the best from the way Dharmateja spoke to us and the suggestions were given to us. They are very customer friendly. Even before you ask them what it is n where it is, they will be suggesting you the best options to do where. Hope to have more n more journeys with them if time permits. Very good service at affordable cost. The first time visitors who are unaware of best things can blindly follow the suggestions of kukke tourism service.

Tent and sleeping bags were not clean. It was not washed at all. The sleeping bags were really sweaty and smelling real bad. It's better to get them washed and provide fresh ones to trekkers. Rest everything was fine. The crew were friendly.
