This restaurant is highly reviewed on good ordering apps, maybe more for the non veg food than veg food. I visited this place on 1st Jan for dinner. We ordered a seekh paneer thali, dal makhni and tandoori rotis. The tava veggie served as part of the thali was literally swimming in oil. The dal makhni was average and the dal did not have any bite to it. Overall, not a good experience on a New Year. Service was slow too. As I said, they might be serving great non veg food, but being a specialist North Indian food restaurant, they should bring up their game in that category also.

Horrible. Horrible horrible. The food doesn't match description and pathetic service. UnHygiene stay away. The are better options. The roti and naan is good that's it. They dont like feedback either

This is certainly THE place to go if you are craving for authentic North Indian barbeque aka Tandoor! The have some of the best chicken and fish kebabs, along with some mouth watering main course. Note, it’s not huge and luxurious, but they score pretty damn well on the taste buds. Tucked away in the corner, it’s one of the hidden treasures of Bangalore. Just make sure to plan ahead incase you are visiting them during rush hours, because it’s packed and bustling. At times one has to wait to get a seat.

We first visited Kund in 2009 and since then it's always been a favorite for us, both for the taste and hygiene. We have always had vegetarian fare here. The mili juli seekh kabab and corn seekh kabab are wonderful. Gravies esp Paneer Makhani and Veg Palak, the best. The taste is great, paneer melt in mouth soft and best thing about Kund is how the food is light on tummy and not greasy, heavy. A good sign of using good cooking oil. The decor and ambience may be simple but Kund makes up for it with great food quality, good service too

One of the good places to try north Indian food. Main course and items are good. They maintain good quality food and taste.seating and ambience is not that great.can accommodate small groups.

Pathetic experience. There is absolutely no concept for ambience with respect to the pricing of the items. There was a cockroach running around the floor. The taste and quality was just avarage but the quantity was so less, the pricing was absolutely unjustified. Any other Punjabi place would give you a better deal in terms of quality and quantity.

Pros: Nice place, good food and good service.
Cons: place is a little hot, slow service and the curries are a little sweet.

Good taste, sitting area needs renovation. Felt more like a mess service than restaurant. Parking issues as the locality has numerous cars around.

Good place for authentic North Indian Food. Food and Service are good. Basic ambience. Considering the ambience and facilities, price is on the higher side. However, the food taste and service quality fills up the gap. No wash room. Hygiene and Covid safety measures could have been better.

Went to this place after reading the great reviews. The hotel is in pathetic condition and the service time for any of the starters is about 45-60 mins (when the restaurant has to serve just our table). The waiter at the restaurant is also ill-mannered and disrespectful. I will definitely not go to this place again and do not recommend it as well.

It's really good! The food is authentic punjabi with really rich taste. A must visit if u want to enjoy north indian delicacies

Used to be a regular customer before COVID. Food used to be good here, but now over all taste and quality seems to have deteriorated. Service is below par or rather there is no element of customer service anymore compared to earlier. This is the one of the only place in Indiranagar that serve decent Punjabi style food, so this is the reason for occasional take outs, but on previous two occasions it feels that the staff here is doing a favour to the customers by taking order and giving food. Apparently there’s a management change, although the rates are increased, but the pricing is still decent, however they charge exorbitant amount for packaging. Really saddening to see a landmark restaurant in this area loosing their sheen. Really hope things to get better.

This is a small rustic place, has a nice charm to it. Although the food didn't quite feel like it was Punjabi. The seats are a lil uncomfy. Nonetheless, you can look forward to a pleasant experience.

I love this place. My family loves this place. Kund screams authentic North Indian food. You get really good food for a good deal. The timings are a little off and the food takes a little longer than other places but this place is super nice with really nice staff.

This is a very small restaurant. But Taste of food is awesome. Service is good.
Sometimes it will be crowded as there are some pubs available near this place.

For years this was one of my favourite places. Was surprised to see it very less crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Realised the reason. Food quality has come down. Lethargic service.

Amazing butter chicken. This is the place to be for that. The place is small but well maintained and the menu selections are also good. The food has great taste. Must try for anyone yearning for good north indian food.

Used to be one of my favorites. Went there after a long time (now Oct 2019), found no longer as tasty. The achari dish didn't taste achari and too much salty! Also the place is more cramped (the seating arrangement is same as before, but the wall along the road makes it claustrophobic).
Maybe I liked it very much in the days of yore when Kund and Raaga were the only north Indian options in Indiranagar. But now I don't see enough bang for the buck!

Food was not great! Dal makhni was very rich, but palak paneer had only garlic taste! Palak paneer was not edible.

It's a good restaurant with tasty food. Worth the money paid, although we can find restaurants offering more value for money in some other parts of Bengaluru (especially in the western part of the city). Ambience is not very good. Service needs to be a lot faster. Around Indiranagar this is certainly one of the restaurants offering good value for money. Known for North Indian dishes, not really barbecue as in the name.

Have been to Kund many times in the past, they just renovated the place and had gone for dinner with family.
Kund has some amazing Punjabis food.
The ambience is very decent with benches style of seating.
We had tandoori kebab, Lahori Thali, Reshmi kebab and Mutton Biryani.
The kebabs was delicious, especially the makhani dal that came with the Thali was so good.
However I didn't enjoyed or liked the Biryani at all.
The staff was nice and quick service.

I love this place as the food is quite tasty with variety for both nonveg and veg people. The cost is also appropriate as per quality and quantity. The place is open till 11: 00 pm and jaljeera is best.

This is a very good Punjabi restaurant located at Indira Nagar. Pretty simple ambience but they serve authentic Punjabi delicacies. The jaljeera here is a must try.

One of the oldest running Punjabi food place in Indiranagar located near CMH junction. Ambienece is pretty raw, just like a Dhaba, without AC and seating capacity is limited. However, food is amazing and so, you more like to find it crowded.

Hearty food, Large Hearted owner who obligednto serve us even though we visited them 30 minutes after their closure schedule.
We tried Lachha Paratha, Daal Makhani, Panneer kadai and Jeera rice. Every dish was awesome and felt so fresh.

We have been visiting Kund for many years and it never disappoints us. The quality of food, specially the fish and poultry are fresh and juicy. The restaurant had not changed its menu but the taste of the food has gotten better. A no frills eat-out but certainly value for money.

This place serves authentic North Indian food. Ambience is average. But the delicious food they serve makes up for it. Service was brisk. All dishes were well prepared, cooked to perfection. Would definitely go back there again.
