Why one should never book this hotel?
AC doesn't work! If u complain about AC they dont care.they said its cooling only!

The ppl at reception at extremely rude!
We had requested for early breakfast for 2 days and both days they never gave it before 9am and so we did not have it despite paying for it!

Reception ppl are like some gundas who say rudely that night guy dint tell us about ur requirements wat should I do?
It's basically a timepass for nandhana palace hotel ppl as thier restaurant is always full! So this lodge is timepass.for them
I sincerely request ppl to take hotels across the flyover

Room was clean and good.
But service is not upto the mark and room service calls are never taken.
During checkout i was asked to pay again even though i had paid to the room while checking in. After the receptionist checked again he didn’t even bothered to ask a sorry
May be the management should work on this part to improve better

The rooms was nice and tidy, amenities were limited but necessary things were provided,
the staffs attitude was positive and good even at middle of the night,
the bed was a little squeaky and a touch uncomfortable

Check in was delayed. Didn't get the room on time even though I booked in advance. Rooms and washroom are good. No parking space for the cars.

It was a great stay here and I personally recommend anyone to stay here. The hospitality of the staffs and the Hotel in-Charge was very good. The Room service was superb, they took good care of the guests. Happy Stay!

Small rooms comfortable for a single person. It was quite difficult to identify the rooms as they are still using their old name.

Kettle was not cleaned
No coffee or tea sachets

It’s like a subsidised hostel but not a 3 star hotel, the free breakfast offered is a total joke. If possible avoid it. They will give a vada which when squeezed gives an ounce of oil. Room service is pathetic, you have to call them up every time to get it cleaned. Rooms are clean. Early checkin charges are levied as extra bed/ extra collection. They could simply mention early check In charges in bill which they won’t do.

Booked the hotel for 16 days (online) only by going through their reviews, but take this as a candid feedback and skip it for a better hotel within the vicinity. Had a worst experience.

Very well maintained rooms, i wish they supply wifi without asking for extension of data, coffee sachets, and have breakfast for the amount they charge one will feel it can be included.this is a best place for official trips if you need a peaceful stay.

The room are really good. And they have a good service. The food is also very nice. And the place is reasonably priced. I personally recommend the Hyderabadi chicken biryani and the Chili chicken. The place is well maintained and the stay was very convenient.

One of the best hotels in my recent times I had stayed.well maintained customer centric service. Well organized service personnel. I would recommend everyone to stay in their hotels chain.

Its a good location close to the main road and junction with a lot of eateries around. Rooms are well maintained and so are bathrooms. Two reasons for the lack of two stars
They gave a twinbead room instead of a single kingsize bed
No breakfast even though as per booking on Hotels.com it was part of the plan.

Well everything was fine with my stay at the hotel except the TV channels issue which was not sorted even after repeatedly complaining.room amenities are top notch considering the price.

More professionalism expected for the price. Standard services should be available without asking for, like tv connection & tea / coffee set.

It looks like their restaurants are more famous than their hotel. Rooms are decent, the exteriors are not that great but rooms and facilities in rooms are good. We happened to stay in a delux room, nice in room coffee, two complimentary bottles of water, paid refreshments. There is a pan wala right outside the elevator who makes great pan. There is a Andhra cousine restaurant at walking distance for those who want to indulge in Andhra food. All in all good place, don't reject it before checking the rooms.

Rooms are good and hygiene is proper. Cost is little on the higher side. Entrance is through a lift.

We stay here for 3 nights, it was a good stay.needs to improve breakfast quality and restaurant service.
