Ridiculous staff unprofessional have experienced the worst hair wash it not done properly evn the staff doesn't know how to be gentle while hair wash and then on top of that he tangled my hair while washing and is accusing me it's my hair not there problem. Worst salon experience on top of that no time management no reminder call

Her attention to detail during the threading was impeccable, leaving my brows looking perfectly shaped. The facial was a rejuvenating experience; my skin felt refreshed and glowing. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and still the whole procedure was meticulously done without hurrying by to get to the next customer which i truly appreciated. The whole experience was very relaxing. Went for my 16month boy's haircut fearing the tantrums and all the crying that would happen. But the staff was so friendly that my boy giggled throughout.

1- There was no curtains in the facial room and the bed was just beside the door. Horrible feeling
2- She applied face mask on me and forget to come then l called her after almost 25 mins and my face soo dame dry.
Such an unpleasant service at such a high prices.

I had my haircut and scalp treatment today.the staff's are very friendly and hard working. Yogesh did my hair cut, styling and scalp treatment as per our unique requirement. Answered many questions/ query we had with patience and smile.the final product was just as we envisioned. Ms. Normit also did my eyebrows just as I had requested. Overall our experience was excellent and would go there frequently from now on. My mom was very impressed which is a great thing. She is very particular and they were able to impress us 1000 points for that.

Staff are very sweet and welcoming. I always get my hair cut and hair spa done over here and they give excellent service as per my experience. This is the only saloon I trust mostly in this entire area. Love it

I visited this place few days ago. Staff are professional and well trained. The place is very clean and hygienic hence I decided to treat myself with series of services starting from hair cut, hair spa, facial, threading, waxing, pedicure and manicure. The staff took time to understand what my needs were or my skin type was before recommending me the right treatment.
I would like to say special thanks to Gitanjali who did my facial.
Yogesh who gave me hair cut followed by hair spa. He massaged my hair really well during the soa.
Karishma did my manicure and she was fabulous too.
At the end I asked my husband to try their foot massage and he did fell asleep during his session which means they did make him feel very relaxed.

Salon is clean and well santised everytime they attend new customer. They have many packages which is worth when it comes to the services provided. I had haircut by John, keratine treatment, hair spa and anti hair fall treatment by Yogesh which was done very patiently and with perfection. I have had the best haircut till now here in La'Asia. I always wanted an even medium length haircut. Till today, I didn't know what to tell to the barber as I didn't know the words/jargons in their world. Ankit in La'Asia didn't just understand my requirements, but he also told me what to say to the barbers even if I am getting a haircut somewhere else. Ankit is a very honest and amazing hair stylist.

Since I've recently moved to the area, I visited the salon for the first (and definitely the last) time yesterday. Decided to start with a basic service such as threading. But, the male receptionist insisted on taking down my name and number. I was curious to know the reason why my number was needed, but he kept parroting that it was needed for the billing. There is absolutely no issue with sharing the number, but the attitude of this person was a big problem. Especially, because of his rude demeanor saying he couldn't offer any service and walking away! Most unprofessional attitude. (P. S. A much better salon down the road, who offered extremely professional services, asked for my number afterwards. And I happily shared it with them!).

Just visited an hour ago to this place just wanted to check basic service wanted to do eyebrows I know in this covid situation everyone has to wear a mask compulsory.but while parking my bike my mask fell down n became dirty n I just entered the reception, the guy who was standing near the reception old man he was very rude instead of asking in polite way showing his attitude.running such big business n they don't even keep five masks for customers.

I visited the salon recently for a facial service. Since I am carrying I find it difficult to lie down on my back for extended periods, when I asked the staff if they can do the facial service in a sofa/chair they cooperated fully. They arranged for the whole set up in 15 minutes and delivered an amazing experience. It has a been a very relaxing and safe experience. The reason I chose this salon was the cleanliness especially during covid times. It was a safe and peaceful experience for me. Will also recommend Karishma for her patience and understanding while giving the service. She understood my needs and helped me be at peace.

The place is quite professional and clean. The services rendered are custom made n take care of long term rather than momentary skin and hair care. Hair stylist, Yogesh is quite appreciable in his hair styling. Inwould suggest this place fr skin n hair care.

Excellent hygiene and cleanliness in the current scenario. All employees with full kits and disposable consumables for each customer. Prabhath has been my hair stylist for the last two months and has been truly wonderful in his service to me in maintaining my hair and scalp health. Hopefully they remain safe and secure for us to avail this basic necessity during these tough times too.

Good parlor services offered here. They have some membership offers e.g. One has to pay 5k in which they get 2k from the parlor itself; one can pay 10k and they get 5k in which total - 15k is their balance. Also it doesn't have any expiry date. One can go anytime and redeem the same for the services they want to choose. Staff is kind and helpful with a great service

The saloon has good infra inside and I'm sure you will feel very comfortable in cleanliness. But when it comes to hair cut there are experienced and new comers working. You need to inform the reception that you expect only experienced person for doing it. New comers are good in approach and suggesting you what is required but they need to have little more experience for handling the things and completing the job with perfection.

It is nicely built and decorated. You will feel the real thai culture while having massage. Staff is good and provides you good services. However, sometimes, staff seems little inexperienced which ruins your leisure day of getting relaxed.
