Not happy with the service. Went for blood test for my wife on a Sunday (25 Feb 2024). Called for reports several times, but I didn't get it on WhatsApp. On Monday too I called but I didn't get it. Not going to this place again

The service was on time. I asked for home collection of sample blood, and they followed the time I requested and efficiently took the blood. The reports came the same day so that's a big plus point.

This lab is not at all authentic. You will see normal report all the time from this lab. I have been getting all the tests done from this lab and told by doctors from motherhood and Narayana that test report is not authentic. I reported this to them but they are not responding.
Guys don't go with the cheaper rate, they are simply playing with patient's life.

Great experience.ii had the opportunity to take a health check up done here. I visited their lab and they did it very nicely without any pain. The report too was provided within the same day.

I called for a COVID test at my residence through lab care, though I was detected negative there was no OTP that I received after the test, neither the test report exists in the ICMR portal. I doubt the process they followed and the authenticity of the report

First I had consulted one of the big known lab they charged me 5k, and after that I consulted labcare, here they charged 2k for 8 different tests which is very reasonable. Absolute awesome and smooth experience at LabCare. Samples were taken quickly and I was out in 15 minutes. The place was squeaky clean. They even sanitized the chair after it was used by a prior customer. I received the reports by email, sms and whatsapp as per the time committed. The frontdesk person was very helpful explaining me different packages they offer. Overall great experience.

Good one. I used it for RBS and B12. Very fast. Sir can you tell me the cost of the RTPCR test? How long will it take for the result?

An update: I did my RTPCR test. The charged me only very minimal charges and also got the report very fast.within 24-30 hrs.

Very convenient. Person comes home to collect samples. Mani was great in taking blood samples without any pain. Comprehensive lab reports were provided and Suman explained the results very well.
