Worst experience, they refer infant stimulation as physiotherapy. The doctors are so rude and they just need money. They threatened my child they just be so rude that my child couldn't adjust. Childrens get scared so it's there job and we are paying them they have to make children comfortable, they repeated the same excercise for 7 months.

My one year got wasted, no improvement at all, fees very high! Never ever recommend any one here, horrible place

I was concerned about my son as he was not reaching his motor milestones. He was already 8 months old but he was unable to sit by his own or crawl. Even we noticed that he was using his left hand very less. Due to this pandemic situation we are scared to visit any hospital, so I booked an online appointment of Dr Nishi to get an idea why this delay is there and what can be done. In my video consultation with Dr Nishi she took my whole history of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. She saw the baby from all the angles with different postures and made diagnosis of his problem as well. He had lean and weak trunk muscles.nInitially she had given very simple exercises basically reaches so that he can sit independently. She explained us very well and asked us to share videos of his practice so that she can monitor as well. Everyday we share the videos and she reviews, corrects us whenever we are going wrong. We noticed change in our little one in just few days. He started sitting straight independently. Once she is confident that one milestone is achieved she started increasing complexity. We started doing all the exercises as a part of play with him and he even started enjoying it. We saw his improvement and our bonding with him was improving as well. We had our consultation with Dr Nishi weekly basis based on improvements shown by my son. She adds exercises and make us understand how to do it by making us do the exercise on baby or on ourselves in front of her. Even she does the exercises herself and shows us the correct way in case if we donu2019t understand. In a month now my son can sit by his own, can crawl by himself, even he is trying to stand up without teaching him. I am really grateful to Dr Nishi for helping us. Being patient and listening to our worries. Explaining everything so well and monitoring our progress. We never thought that this is possible online. But Dr Nishi made it possible. She is really very efficient and skilled. Thank you so much mam for helping us during this pandemic.

Amazing and sincere therapist who are focused on achieving the set goal. My child started with them exactly 2 years ago at that time she could not sit properly her core was very weak. They work really hard and make sure the child also does the same. I am glad I found them my dream was to see my child take independent steps and they have made that possible my child has started standing independently and starting to take small steps. I am hopeful they will make it possible. I would recommend them to anyone whose child has developmental delays and CP. And may I add they are priced reasonably I have paid double in other centers and was not as happy. I am surprised to see some bad reviews sad it didn't work for them may be because these therapist are very upfront and don't sugar coat anything which we as parents are not ready to listen to we need to hivd our 100% as well as parents. For me labyrinth was God sent. I am very thankful.

I have started coming to this centre from Feb month
with 17 months kid which she doesn't know how to
crawl, sit and walk, in our first assessment doctor
explained about the issues that kid is facing and how
to resolve it by using some techniques or therapies
and now after 1 month I see changes in my child as
she started Crawling and after that we have hope
that she will start walking soon.

Good thing about them is:
First time management.
Explanation of the therapy and how it will help the
child to pickup soon.
If child is not able to do, then they will go for
different techniques.
Lastly, they are very experienced people and good at
their work and we can just leave the child with them
and they can handle everything and show us the
improvement in following sessions.

Initially Dr. Nishi took her assessment and told us what all corrections to be done for the child. Like initially we had dynamic AFO, she suggested us get it modified and get a AFO done. She is in contact with the prosthetic people and informs them how she needs the AFO's to be made which is as per the child's need. She also told us the amount of effort which is required from our end along with the physiotherapy sessions.

Initially it took sometime for my daughter to get adjusted. She has never cried in the physiotherapy sessions here. Dr Nishi and her team take step by step approach. They perform activities required for the particular muscle and move on to next set of exercises once that has achieved. Along with that they provide home exercises also, which we need to follow promptly to see the result on our child. We were advised to put AFO whole night along with gaitors. Now we can see that her crouching has improved significantly and also her toe walking has reduced.

She concentrates at minute level and works towards it. Posture correction is also given equal importance. She is very knowledgeable in the subject and she explains what is right and wrong for the child. Periodic assessments are done and she discusses with child's parents on the progress and what she will be working for next few months. She along with Sanchitha and her team (Divya and Navya) are doing really great to help our child's progress. I really thank the whole team for their continuous effort.

Please don't visit by seeing the Practo reviews. All those are fake. Kid will not see any improvements. People are rude and not kind for kids.

Hi, i have been seeing Doctors for the past 20 months for my daughter's physiotherapy who is now 2 years old. I was referred to her by a leading developmental pediatrician in Bangalore.
I decided to go with Labyrinth for my daughters Physiotherapy (she has hypotonia and global developmental delay) as I was quite happy with the first assessment and consultation. Doctor sounded confident knowledgeable and very professional. She very patiently explained to us the support my baby needed, their role as well as ours as parents in helping her.
With the constant support of Labyrinth team, regular home programs and physiotherapy, my daughter is now walking independently, started running and will be discharged quite soon.
The team here at Labyrinth show such personal involvement with my daughter, they are caring as well as disciplined when needed and have helpedy in more ways than one, from coping up emotionally to patiently guiding both my daughter and I to carry out a successful home therapy. They have been quite sensitive to our personal constraints and have made adjustments to therapy frequency and timings whenever possible.
Regular DASI1 assessments were done to assess the progress and chart goals for therapy. That gave us a sense of direction. The lead pead physiotherapist has also been working on my daughters sensory issues and gives valuable advice and feedback quite regularly.
Doctors here collaborate with the leading orthopedicians and neurologists in Bangalore and my daughters neurologist recommend them as well which added to our confidence.
I hope this feedback helps parents who are struggling to find a good physiotherapist for their child

Consultation for my child which includes assessment was charged 1000rs plus 100 rs for registration which I feel is high for first visit with Nishi Agarwal physiotherapist.

My kid was sent here recently for Physiotherapy and the therapist is not behaving softly to the kid.

The kid was tired and one of the therapist is MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY threatening the kid.

It's not good, you should understand that kid's are small only with love you can won over them.

If you are harsh and threaten them it will affect their mental health.

Be kind to kids atleast.

Sick kids are coming there.
A sick kid coming to you for help is not an advantage.

Kindly show some care and love to them.

I was referred to labyrinth few months ago for my child’s trouble of not being able to walk properly. My child is 9 years old and has cerebral palsy. The doctors here are very realistic and practical. During the assessment i was told that they would go step by step with their treatment as my child had already learnt a lot of compensations. He’s already walking and sitting much better. They deal with the child completely. I do see his cognitive capabilities also improve a lot. With our children having issues from start we as parent often forget to teach them right/wrong. They have very well guided me to not let him pinch/ scream to get his wants fulfilled. He’s much more calm in therapy now.

My child has learnt a lot from the therapists here. They are always pushing him to do better. They motivate him to push his limits. They’ve explained to me the need of pushing his capacity as he’s about to reach his puberty soon.

I am glad to find the doctor here. She’s trained my child really well.hoping to see much more improvement. I would surely recommend this place to all the parents who have special need kids.

We have been doing physio in labyrinth for last 2 years. A place with good talented doctors! I absolutely believe that only when you work from heart you will be able to get results that too working on children and getting results from them you need lots of patience. Yes Nishi, Sanchita and Divya are the doctors handling kids in this place. Their knowledge and love towards kids are commendable.
My son who is spastic diplegic and 9 yrs old has attained lots of balance in walking, spinal rotations, disassociation, cognitively doing better because of these doctors. Any place you name in bangalore for physio we have been there but this place has been wonderful for karthik as they handle him in a better way, push him to his capacity, not money minded.at times they have been strict to him to only push him do better. I am so grateful to have found this place.

My child was born prematurely by 3 months. He was diagnosed with cysts on the left side of his brain, and by 6 months of his age we found his right side is weak, like his right hand fist closed always and more stiffness on his right side and was diagnosed with Hemiplegia. I found Dr. Nishi's contact through an internet search and met her, who was really helpful and explained all the issues and benefits and outcome of early intervention and physiotherapy. Starting therapy with her was extremely helpful for my son and for my family as well, eventually increased our mental stability in bringing up my son. My son was able to roll over, sit and today able to stand independently for few minutes is because all the inputs we got from the therapist. His right hand usage also improving better and stiffness has reduced compared in the past. She ensured that he was provided AFOs, gaitors, to ensure he has no physical deformity. She worked on me as a parent to support my child better. To give us a clear and realistic picture on our child's development Nishi conducted DASI assessment and explained them and the therapy is modified based on the report. She not only take care of child's physical strength, but also give more input on behavioural control and overall development of the child. Overall I would highly recommend Nishi and team for the parents who have special kids. Nishi is really a ray of hope for a parent like me who was badly in need of a support to bring up the child with special needs.

Doctor is extremely professional and a wizard in her work. She knows her stuff well and explains the treatment and benefits to the parents.
The clinic is clean, well equipped with latest therapeutic toys and has very good diagnostic tools. She does a thorough assessment which is really impressive.
I highly recommend this doctor.

He was walking on his toes, We did botox and started treatment at labyrinth. Doctors here are extremely professional and they knows their stuff well and explain the treatment and benefits to the parents. Labyrinth rehabilitation centre has been providing excellent treatment for my child, the doctors are very friendly and supportive with children. They provided appropriate AFOs during the course of his treatment to ensure he has no physical deformity. Now my child is off AFO. He's walking good. Feet is full flat on the floor. They gave us some home exercises to continue. Thanks Dr. I wish them luck and would thank them for their efforts and encouragement.

Hello parents, humble request to you please don’t get fooled by visiting this place, please don’t go based on Practo review because Practo is in favor to her.

I took my son here for all most 1.5 years and there is not even 5 percent improvement, she is very arrogant in behaver she does not know how to behave with children she is just sucking money from parents, she has unexperienced physiotherapist who was doing same exercise for all most 1 year, she don’t even bother to come and check my son condition she is poor in analysing, she don’t even care whether there is improvement in child should there be any change is therapy, all she is worried about is only money.

My request to all parents is please don’t go here and waste your child time, my personal experience you will not see 1 percent improvement but you will lose your money and time.

All i can say stay alert and be careful

Came here with an ATFL Injury on my right ankle - found out my anterior ligament was completely torn and i was told I require surgery, by doctors I'd visited before this. Asking around, somebody suggested i try intense rehabilitation i.e. Physiotherapy first and pointed me to Labyrinth Movement.
It's been over a month now and my ankle is fantastic. From not being able to walk without support and zero stability confidence, the doctors at Labyrinth trained me week on week and assisted every movement of mine till i felt comfortable to do it on my own.
Taught me how to walk again, what to focus my attention on in my movements, the right posture, the right equipment to use and the best techniques to practice.
On top of it all, their service has been great with the amount of patience they have and their follow ups to make sure you're on a strict & fast recovery process. I honestly didn't have as much faith in muscles as they did, when i came here and I've learnt that the right people to go to is all that's needed - Highly recommend the doctors here!

I happened to have a severe back ache from almost a month and wasn't getting corrected with pain killers, got to know about labyrinth physio centre from a friend. I went there last week and I must say doctors there are very polite and knowledgeable. Along with various exercises they also guided me about problems which can occur from long sitting during working hours and corrected all the mistakes I was making. Highly recommended

Labyrinth rehabilitation centre has been providing excellent treatment for my child, the doctors are very friendly and supportive with children. We have been taking my son for more than 1 year now and are extremely grateful to the team for his recovery progress.  They correctly diagnosed his issue, we went to multiple big hospitals in bangalore and none of the doctors were able to make the diagnosis basis the patterns my son was showing. They provided appropriate AFOs, gaitors, hand splints during the course of his treatment to ensure he has no physical deformity. They worked on me as a parent to support my child better. Within 2 months my child started sitting up and crawling, he started walking within 9 months of therapy. To give us a clear and realistic picture on our child's development they conducted assessments like DASI and QUEST and explained them and the therapy basis the report to us. Overall I would highly recommend this team for parents who have children with special needs

I visited this place for my lower back pain. The doctors took care of me very well and informed me about the reason of my pain. And gave me exercises to continue at home.

We started coming to Labyrinth when my son was 4.6 years old. I wish I could have come earlier. Much earlier.

Team at Labyrinth helped us with lot of inputs and suggestions (for which we we're kind of lost earlier on how to approach). To my surprise, my son bonded with all the therapists very quickly and never complained about going for therapy which is not the case with earlier therapists.

Ambience of the center, bonding with the children, detailed updates on progress, assistance in getting required supporting tools and most importantly, timely suggestions on what needs to be done at home and what to expect in near and long term, are helping us to cope up with the condition quite comfortably.

Ive had great support from them in my injuries for various minor injuries over the last year. What I really like about them is that they focus on really solving the problem in a manner that has long term benefits (therapies, generic vs other medicines) for me instead of short term solutions (surgery etc.). This approach may even lose them money since suggesting surgeries etc.is expensive and they make more money but I'm wowed by the fact that they are genuine in their treatment! I've also seen that they're very professional when it comes to timings, commitment etc (which has sometimes backfired when when man came late for an appointment and forced them to take his case up but they refused and he created a scene). They're inexpensive compared to others and also considering the permanent nature of treatment they provide. Highly recommended!

The doctor had explained to me in detail as to what was the issue, which muscles were weak. She also brought into notice what was her plan of action for the therapy. He was given 4 sessions per week. Each sessions she told us what was done and why it was needed for my child. My child loves being around her as she's very caring and teaches the child using toy, playing with him. It's been 4 months and I am seeing a lot of changes in him already. She also made sure we were doing the right thing for him at home. My child has started to walk. I would surely recommend them to any of your child's physical therapy needs.

I have been taking my child to Labyrinth for almost two years now, since when they started in fact. I landed up here after having experience in few other centers. Trust me, its not possible to find any place in the world that suits all our needs and comforts. But I should admit my child has been progressing really well here and I still continue going there. While friendly or arrogance is ones own perspect, I don't really think they would ever fool the parents or play with children's progress. The treatment and the care child gets there is definitely good and I would be always grateful to them for helping my child progress to this extent. And they are definitely well qualified and talented enough to handle and provide the needed care/therapy to children. Ones experience may be bad - its okay if you felt the person was arrogant for what so ever reason but please don't judge ones abilities and call them as cheats/fooling types without having enough experience of working with them medically. You may be putting fear in another parents and deprive a child of a good therapy and therapist. I recently referred my friend to this place and she got back to me with fear after reading the review here, thats when I noticed some reviews here. Infact at times when my child was in no mood to do the therapy she has not even charged for that session couple of times and some times sessions are much longer than 45 minutes. I requested her to please charge as its not her problem that my child didn't do, but she still did not. I would emphasize again this center is providing good services to help children progress to the best possible extent. Please do not decide just based on the reviews - mine or others. Just visit the centre of your choice and decide based on your own experience. My experience is not yours - so please be careful in choosing a place, I would never wish any child should miss an opportunity of getting good therapy just by misleading from a third person. For me, I will definitely continue with Labyrinth till the time my child needs therapy. Hope and pray all children would get the best to overcome their limitations because only a special need child's parent know what another special need child's parent would under go. Its a pretty long review indeed.

Hello parents, unfortunately i have to give one star, but this center does not deserve to get any.i had a very bad experience when i met main physiotherapist considering all good reviews here on the site i went there but to my surprise, i was very disappointed, being a doctor having more than 40 years of experience in the medical line, i can truly judge whether patient are being fooled or being helped.without listening to my grand son medical history she was ready to impose her reviews without taking any seconds.i imagine how just for money sake they can do this, being a parent of special child it is very challenging, because we have to deal with many ups and down plus these centers leaves no stones unturned in deviating us and misleading us.my personal experience was very very bad, cannot say about others, and if reviews are to be believed then i can only say, those who are writing good reviews please share your personal experience rather than giving justification and explanation to the one who have posted bad reviews.it clearly shows that the some other people from the management are putting reviews in some other names because everyone is bothered to justify why this center and the main head is not arrogant, it seems all are giving justification and clarification, i hope after this the team will post some personal good experience lol lol rofl.hope to see more explanations and justifications and fake good personal reviews just to make more parents fool.just wonder parents why you cannot see any bad reviews of this clinic on Practo because there they ask doc before posting any bad reviews and here parents are not answerable to any one.all i can say stay alert and be careful
