Visited Laddoos Bellandur in July 2023. The place has a good collection of sweets, charts, parathas and items like chole bhature. Tried a few snacks there and found the taste quite good. Pav bhaji which I tried earlier was nice too. Prices are reasonable but not low. The service is slightly slow, but food is good.
Ladoos Belladur - Pathetic customer service. They take money first. There work is done. You tell them one thing in kitchen. They will do something else. Stop playing with customer's health and money. Stop doing pathetic business. One day you will pay for it. Worst food. With high price, I ordered Chappati Panneer, they paneer curry has 2 piece old paneer and you will get stomach issues too, I am sure it’s old stuff, moreover the guy who sits in counter, so ruthless and rude and does know to behave also
They are cheaters, their rate of product is say ** on website, zomato and menu, but when we try to place bulk order they increase the rate instantly to loot people. Try and avoid this place.
During our recent visit to Laddoos, located on 4th Cross of Bellandur, we were excited to try their Masala Puri, Green Paava Baji, and Pani Puri. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The masala dishes were overly salty and lacked any discernible taste, leaving us feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.
When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with unresponsiveness and even argumentativeness. Despite our complaints, they refused to acknowledge the issue and instead offered to prepare new Masala Puri for us. To make matters worse, the other dishes we ordered also lacked flavor and were overpriced.
We were extremely disappointed with the behavior of the Laddoos staff and felt that the manager lacked any sense of responsibility. As paying customers, we expect nothing less than exceptional service and delicious food. We hope that Laddus will take customer feedback seriously and strive to improve the quality of their dishes in the future.
Laddoos has surely gone down regarding its taste n packaging, worse in taste, I’d ordered chole bhature and it’s really disappointing in taste! Bhature was not cooked it was half cooked! According to price it’s not up to mark, fresh point is 100 times better! My biggest mistake, ordered from LADDOOS so I’m not gonna give any star it’s not worth it. Pls don’t order anything from LADDOOS ‘
This place is a sweets and chaat shop that serve a variety of dishes.
However the moment you step into the place you get a highly unwelcoming vibe. The service, keeping in line with the vibe, is also equally terrible.
I walked in one evening for a mango lassi as I had had my fill of chaat at the nearby Poha on Wheels. Never tried the chaats here and probably never will.
The mango lassi was nice but the person at the counter did not even inform me that it has been prepared. I kept waiting and finally when I turned, it was just lying on the counter. Absolutely terrible service!
Compared to this, the Wah Paratha in Green Glen layout serves absolutely delicious chaats and lassis with impeccable service.
Never visit this shop, I have taken some samosa and my friend took Jamun, both are not good, when said this to counter person his behaviour is not good he said "taste nahi pata to nahi khana, kaha se ate ye log". For one min I thought of taking him to police station very bad behaviour.
Stupid place where no proper ordering whom to deliver first and whom to deliver later. Ask them first about "how much time and how many orders before your order otherwise you might have to wait indefinitely. Door step customer are given less importance over online placed orders.
Today baught Jilebi. Its Rs. 460 per KG.it was given hot. So I took home and realized rotten, they made hot in micro oven. Taking too much cost but not fresh items. May be due to less sale in this time, they are giving old items
Had ordered paneer chola bhatura, they cheated and charged for it, but sent plain chola bhatura. It was very oily. Package was leaking. Half the food had already leaked by the time it reached me. Taste was awful
I ordered milk cake via swiggy from this outlet. Delivered sweet looked like milk cake but the taste was of peda. Pathetic experience ever. This is really unethical practice they done. My experience with the same sweet frm same outlet on my previous order was really great but now never going to order again.
I like having north Indian food here. Roti and sabzi, sweets and chats are very famous here. However, prices are high for sweets compared to other shops in vicinity
Located just in Bellandur market area behind Ganesha temple. I don't think they have dedicated parking area. Almost all Indian snacks, sweets, savouries are available here. Seating arrangements are there.
Can't handle a small order too. Ordered 4 parathas and got 2 instead!
Edit: Same happened again with my flatmate. And that too, after she had told them to be careful because the last order was messed up. How is an order of 4 parathas so difficult to handle!
The vada pav, dhokla and chole bature were among something we have tried along with kaju katli, moti choor laddu and samosa chaat. Were everything looks delicious and taste wise must try snacks happy hogging
We went to Laddoo's to buy sweets for Diwali. We bought Besan laddoo and it tasted horrible and pathetic.it contained Only sugar and we paid 500rs/kg for pure sugar and some dalda ghee.
Place is conjusted. Ordered Bhel puri, they didn't mix it properly. When asked they didn't agree to re-do not they were ready to add a spoon of masala to it. Customer service 0.
They are good. Many sweet shops in Bangalore are totally flop. Because they lack authenticity and are too commercial. Not Laddoos. Whenever we have last minute guests or festivities, Laddoos comes to rescue. Their Kaju Katli and Motochoor laddoos are awesome. Highly recommended.
I bought motichoor and besan laddos on the occasion ofDiwali. I love to eat laddoos and have developed a great taste of it.but the laddoos bought from this shop was full of sugar and lacking the basic taste of laddoos. Gave one star as the price is too high, quality not satisfactory
There service is not good I order allu paratha. It's been 20 minutes they didn't served. Very baad experience with this not only me there are some more guys wait for there food
Pathetic customer service. They take money first. There work is done. You tell them one thing in kitchen. They will do something else. Stop playing with customer's health and money. Stop doing pathetic business. One day you will pay for it.
This place serves some of the very good sweets. Milk cake is all time great. We tried Samosa, paratha and some other chat items and these were really good.
PATHETIC SERVICE ORDERED 12 SAMOSAS TODAY. WITHOUGHT ANY MENTION THEY AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED IT I DID TWICE AND SAME THING HAPPEND AGAIN. PLZ DONT ORDER ANYTHING HERE. THEY WILL CANCEL AND YOU WILL REMAIN HUNGRY
Didn't like the savoury. Also, the sweets didn't seem to be fresh. Twice I went there and found the same thing. Pricing is decent but quality is compromised and has to be better.
Over priced. Chrages GST above the price in the display. For display fresh foods but when you order, they provide old stocks. Staffs not that friendly.
Small place, food has decent taste. Didn't try the sweets but have heard they are pretty good. Parotas were average at best, and the dhoklas were the spongiest ones I have ever had. Stick to the sweet section as it is probably the stand out.
