It was good experience with Lakme saloon. I had booked a package for baby shower. Mrs Aruna had took responsibility and she was very patient with me. Interaction with her also very good. I recommend you to choose Lakme saloon for the best

One of the best parlour in Bangalore. I have been a regular customer and their team is great specially Madhu. Very polite behaviour and well trained. Very nice service and i strongly recommend to visit this parlour.

I had written comment before also. This is 2nd time I am writing.

I am writing this comment even after addressing the issue, the hair specialist are doing same mistake.

I told him to cut hair as I want, but they do cut as per their wish. They literally reduce the length and volume. From last cut I took almost a year to get length. The moment I explain them how to cut, they don't listen thats the problem actually.

Last time also they literally reduced volume and length. This time also i experienced same thing.after 4 days I am writing this review, because I was on travel.

So, this my last visit to Lakme

This is with regards to my very first visit to this Salon for a hair cut service. First of all, I want to thank Nivedita, Manager for going out of the way & arranging a hairdresser for me without any prior appointment. She is so soft spoken, polite, takes extra care of customer's comfort. As I visited alongwith my husband & a 4 months old baby, she offered cushions, a separate room, changed sheets for the comfort of my little one. Water & Coffee was offered to us. She came forward & help the hairdresser in understanding my choice for the haircut. I had been to other Lakme Salon's but never saw a Manager coming forward & helping the customer in this way for better services. Thankyou Nivedita for being so humble & kind.
Nonetheless, Mr. Madhu, the hairdresser did an amazing job. He is a master in his work. I definitely recommend him for a haircut without an iota of doubt.

From past 2 years regularly visiting RR nagar saloon, staffs are very cool preferred time before 6 PM or else they will do all works in hurry

I'm regular customer to Lakme at RR Nagar branch. I had visited for hair cut and this time taken care by Mr. Madhu. He is stunning and I had mentioned initially how I wanted my style to be and he also suggested from his end according to my hair. The way he does and final outcome is mind blowing.

Been here twice. Had a pleasant experience both times.

I got hair spa and ironing done, I am absolutely in love with my hair and my look.
They have great staff members!

I was initially informed that I'd be charged Rs. 600 something for the haircut, but then afterwards they claimed to have allegedly given me a layer cut (which was agreed upon before when the price was informed to be Rs. 600 something) and charged me nearly Rs. 400 more. Also, during the beginning of my hand waxing, the applicator had not been closed properly and without verifying if it was closed, it was applied on my hand causing burning hot wax to peel of layers of my skin. My arm turned red, and the blistering pain continues even hours after leaving the parlour. Despite all that I was charged full amount with nothing more than a I am sorry. They did not even bother offering a discount or any form of compensation. Apologies are appreciated, but my first and probably the only experience has been soured. So much for customer service. Would not recommend to anyone nor will I be returning.
