First time I visited Kasturi Nagar lakme. Excellent service provided by Sushmita. She is friendly and making customer comfortable

Loved my experience at this branch today. Facial done by Rita was quite relaxing. I would definitely prefer to get serviced by her during my next visit.

Such great service they provide! So cooperative and very professional. Sushmitha was very polite, provided me the right guidance. Loved her work.

I called back after the day I received call but the person who picked answered as if there is no issue.

Edit 14th August:
The bridal facial they did is beauty sutra but it has 0 effect on face. They said it would take 3 days to reflect but blackness under eye and face is as usual as before there is no change. Pedicure which I took didn’t reduce any blackness and same as before. I spent around or more than 10k in total for bridal facial, manicure, pedicure and detan facials for leg, arm and face which is completely waste in Lakme. I wouldn’t suggest to any of my friends to lakme. Now I have to try Naturals and had to spend 4 to 5k more.

Their service is good but billing is very suspicious. I didn’t trust their billing. It has lot of discrepancies. They say if we pay 5k they will add 1000 to it. But in bill it won’t be seen properly. When I asked they clarified saying that it will be in total discount. But when I calculated the amount i paid and the total bill have discrepancies As of now i paid 150 or 200 extra than the bill shown when calculated in total which is small but will not be visiting again for sure. I went only because I already paid amount for bridal facial. There are loyalty points of 1500 but they said its not redeemable when i was paying. Something they are saying and covering. I said ok and came out. I didn’t get a good vibe and trust on their billing. I took pedicure long back at home they did more than in Lakme and at home the price is less

Best parlour. I loved the services. The staff srijana is cooperative and professional. Use authentic products. Must go to this place every lady. It caters all your needs. In simple term it's fabulous

We were in a family for haircut, facial, detan. The service was funtastic, especially deep cleaning and tan remover was one of the best.
The ultrasound with deep penetration was one of the best efforts in getting my skin cleansing.
The entire decorm of the staff, especially Deepa (manager) and Deepika was very good.

Shreejana is a really good nd profesional hairstylest. Her way of handling customer is very perfect with her beautiful smile. Her work is really awesome. I had a very good experience, loved it!

Please avoid specially kasturinagar Lakme salon. Old employee are very good and there are hard working, but new staff are not good. They are telling take appointment and come though they are free. Not responding properly.

Very bad customer service. They do not keep up the appointment timings. I had booked an appointment the previous day, called up the next day to confirm and they shifted the appointment ahead by half an hour which was okay with me. I reached on time and they asked me to wait another 15mins. Very unprofessional. Never going back.

I had a pedicure session today.was not at all satisfied with the service.price is too high and the service was not worth.less massage and no good products were used.

The salon was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was professional and friendly, and they listened to my needs and preferences. The hairstylist did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair, and the results exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable and reflected the quality of service I received. I appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touch the salon provided, such as offering me a beverage and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the service.

Got the best haircut I’ve ever had by Mr. Rakesh. Spends time with his clients and will make sure you get the best. No rush, great style!

My “Go to” Salon in Kasthurinagar always. I usually go for a head massage service and it’s amazing here. Skin services are excellent. Staff is cordial.

Request not to take any package service as an offer. The service nor appointment they dont even give as and when required.

Nice experience with this branch expecially love to have services from Tasneem Banu.
