Lakme Salon Whitefield

I came to Lakme Whitefield Lakme Salon with a specific requirement of hair colour and treatment. The Stylist, Mukesh was congenial, helpful and understood the requirement and the result was on point.
Uma's and Meenu's dermalogica facial and detan service was excellent and relaxing.
Zarina and Nisha, lovely ladies, they made the basic pedi-mani service feel more than just a basic service. Really like coming back to Lakme. Nice team.

Sonali shows super good customer service and is not pushy with hard selling, she respects her customer well. And also did a great job with my nails!

I recently visited Lakme for hair wash and blow dry. Stylist Ashwin did my hair and I love the way my hair has turne out!

I have always enjoyed the services given at Lakme Salon in the past and still continue enjoying them. The pedicures have especially been my favourite, and i would like to mention Kusum's name here who is very good with this service. She is polite, checks on customer comfort often and very good at it. This time my visit also included a haircut service done by Anjum and she also was good at her job. Even the staff at reception are very polite and welcoming.

I visited to the centre first time and it was awesome service, Miss Beena attended me and provided good service, valuable guidance on many minute things to take care that can bring good change; she also gave good example with funny explanations, with experience of many years it was visible in her actions with care she did all work. I went for my Hair Spa & global hair colouring to Lakme. 'Danish' the young stylist guy did my hair straightening and hair treatment. He was so expertise on his work and very confident about colours combination. I must say he has an ample amount of knowledge on his field & would definitely recommend everyone to try his work at least once.

Today i visited lakme salon. I did a qod keratin treatment with anjum. She really did a great job and my hair looks really nice after the treatment. Staff is really gud and behaves nicely to customers. Did eyebrows also with Beena. Overall it was a gud experience with lakme

Had no knowledge about what keratin was nor I was explained. Hair colour gone wrong because of experimenting.
Unprofessional technique of keratin application leading to flaky and itchy scalp immediately after 2 days leading to tremendous amount of hairfall. I was called up and told the mistake will be fixed but what's the point when u have left with few strands on your scalp.
My precious hair is all gone now, and now in search of a good doctor who will help me regrow my hair back.
Such an unprofessional lady (LUCKY) should be punished for ruining my hair.
Would never recommend.

Saira did an absolutely brilliant job with my haircut and straight therapy (straightening). 6 on 5 stars for her professionalism (I had unfortunately reached the salon a bit late in the day, yet instead of trying to rush through it to finish before her close-time, she actually stayed back a bit longer and continued to do every bit with full care). The whole team follows all COVID protocols and hence is absolutely safe too. Kudos Saira and Lakme Salon, Whitefield!

I visited the Salon today on 11th December 2019. The salon is decked up beautifully with used hair color cartons and tubes, made to look like Christmas tress and stars. Lakme Whitefield has proved that along with wonderful service, they are taking reuse and recycle, seriously and creatively. Hats off to the team! Amazing service as always by Ms. Lucky and Ms. Roshni.

Well, visited the Salon again in October 2021. As usual, impeccable service by Ms. Lucky for hair and pedicure by Ms. Roshni. Its heartening to see all the Covid protocols being followed by the salon. From sanitized footwear for each client to social distancing norms being followed, it was reassuring for a person like me who's worried about safety. With single use towels, etc in place, they have also stopped using nail polishes since they were used for different clients, earlier. Thank you to the entire team of Lakme Whitefield for an awesome service while making me feel safe.

I have been visiting the salon since ages. Visited again post COVID and must appreciate the precautions and sanity they are maintaining during these times. The sanitation is at its best. Both the staffs Bina and Lucky did their job wonderfully. Really appreciate the effort they had put in during the fservice for waxing and hair spa respectively. Thanks to the wonderful team.

Beena and Kavita were amazing at their services. I have been a regular at Lakme Whitefield salon for the past 8 to 9 years. Their post covid safety measures and precautions are commendable as they regularly sanitize the place and have safety measures in place too. I finally have found the courage to go to a salon after a year or so.
