Usha helped my friend and I with Perfect Radiance facial and it was truly a job well done. She has really good skills and amazes every time I come to the salon for facial or cleanup.

I have been there, they don't understand basic appointment booking. Twice they have made me wait for more than 30 mins and same has happened to my friend.

Highly mismanaged. Not recommended at all, if you value your time.

Horrible experience.waxing and threading is very painful very roughly they do like local beauty parlour.unprofessional staff.

My appointment for my son was moved from 6 pm to 7pm and than I was made to wait for 27 mins.customer is the king.if previous customer comes late.he looses his slot that should have been the decision of the parlor not making the next customer wait for 27 mins.that's the basic logic.

Vaishali (Lakme indiranagar) did my haircut and eyebrows and how petient and good she was. Loved the service. First time in Lakme, one single person did both my haircut and eyebrows. Indeed a multitasker.

I have been coming to Lakme Salon for hair colour for a year and half now. Stylist Ruhi is excellent in the services. She is a professional who knows her job well. Five star for the service always.

My go-to spot has always been the Lakme studio in Domlur.
This time, I decided to do something that would allow me to manage my hair after all the time I had spent styling it previously.
My hair has been incredibly wavy and frizzy since birth:)
After one of the stylists cautioned me about the possibility of severe hair damage during the procedure, Sai Kumar, the hair stylist, arrived (SK).
This man showed a lot of patience with me as he explained what would best fit my hair, and I eventually agreed to the Straight Gloss theraphy treatment.
It was a fantastic experience, and my hair now feels really manageable, straight, glossy, and healthy.
Of course, you are in charge of the post-treatment procedures:)
make use of the appropriate products and this therapy will last between 6 and 8 months!

No point of booking an appointment, they are highly unprofessional and you will have to wait for an indefinite amount of time.

I went here for a haircut a few months back, and to be honest, I think my cat could've cut my hair better. After the haircut, my hair looked like a rat ate my hair in the middle of the night and decided to stop eating. I had to go to another salon to get my hair shorten after the horrible hair cut.
There were few good staffs In 2019, but I guess they left. Never going to this one ever again.

Arun Tamang was owesome he did a excellent job on my hair, made me look beautiful although I had bad hair thinning thanks to him for making me look elegant and beautiful

Amazing experience always, by Ruhi who is my hair person, I always take services from her like keratin, hair spa and she always do it great, what a head massage she gives.

And Poornima who did pedicure for me, and again super experience with her, did beauty Sutra which is recently launched and would definitely recommend for everyone, also she is great at massage giving.

Staff is friendly and highly trained. Definitely recommend Lakme studio situated near to Domlur flyover.

The hairdresser, Sandeep did a good job on my hair, adding in my appointment though I had missed the original one. A number of precautions against covid were taken, (Hairdresser was masked, seats sanitized before the session, temperature checks and sanitizer at the door) I would have preferred if the customer's waiting would have been told to keep their masks on.

This is not the hairdresser's fault, but of the Salon's policies: Stop trying to sell me things! I have just come for a haircut. I don't want a hair serum, or colour or shampoos. At the price I'm being charged for a regular haircut, I can do without the sales pitch.

The service was amazing and the staff very friendly. I came in for a mani-pedi and a haircut. Jyothi and Poornima did a great job with the pedicure and manicure respectively! Even their skin consult was great! Got a consult and haircut from Kimi. Would highly recommend her!

I bought a youth infinity serum and it did not dispense any serum. Overall a very bad experience. I have been a loyal lakme customer for over 20 years! This has left terribly disappointed.

One of the better Lakmé salon but this one is different as it’s unisex. So as your wifey gets her beauty treatment you can get your haircut, beard, shave done.

This Lakme studio is a company outlet. It provides services for both men and women. I got my haircut from sandeep and i would recommend him. He really knows what looks good on you. Also, he provides friendly suggestions about your hair.

One of the worst Saloon that I had visited in my life. I am still wondering how they got this rating. It’s misleading. I spent almost 5 hours here and apart from me I have seen only one more customer there. I did facial, haircut and waxing here. Waxing is definitely expensive. My facial was useless and the lady was overselling everything. My earlier hairstylist was way better so I didn’t like at all what I got hair. With much overconfidence she spoiled my hair. They don’t even know how to treat the customers. For sometime I thought they are giving me free services. Not recommended at all. My first and last visit at this saloon. If you guys don’t like what you do, please don’t do it then. Have some dedication in your work.

They are worst. I have taken a package of 5k.they initially told me that I can use it for 3 months. But after coming home, when I have already taken a package they told me I can use it for 2 months only. And as I was going my home town in between so I was not able to use the package. They have taken my 2.5k and I was not able to take any service. They are not customer friendly. I will not recommend to take package from here to anyone. Even they don't offer good service. Once I have been there for moroccon oil hair massage. Massage guy have taken some oil in bowl. Other lady came and asked him to reduce the oil quantity as it is expensive one. But she can't see I have paid 1300 rs. For hair oil massage only. They are not good at all. I am going to complain about them at Facebook and everywhere other platform. I will not recommend lakme to anyone. They are always non customer friendly. They cheat customers.

I had a good experience. Was happy with the service provided and the staff was friendly. The salon was also well maintained.

Mostly there service is good. Do not go on weekends, they treat you different. This new irl was imaptient and didn't do a good job (why take customers if busy?)

Went for hair cut and beard trimming to get multiple bruises on back neck. Their trimmer was very old which caused injuries. Surprisingly they did not have another trimmer. What more to say

I have been coming to this branch from almost a year. And Lakme as a brand from 2 years and I have to say they never fail to impress and satisfy their customers. I worked in the airline Industry and have been to Lakme in many states of India. But this Branch is by far the best experience I have had. The staff is very professional and are fantastic at their jobs. All of them are equally good but I have had a great experience with Ms. Seema. She is really pleasant, extremely quick and confident. Even Ms. Vini is always smiling and really sweet and professional.

One of the best experiences so far. Special credits to Joythi for not only her skills but also being so full of fun and making you want to visit again!
