Last month I went for a consultation for my daughter for allergy Dr Mahesh B Roa referred some medicine for one month n he was told to revisit after completing the medicine n today we visited him to tell that still she is the same with the problems like cough running nose. Dr told me to continue the same medicine for 2 weeks. I requested the doctor to reduce some amount in consultation very soon the dr question was have you paid the school fees did they reduce any amount? I said yes they reduced 2k in total. The very next answer was don't come again here u change the doctor he told.
I don't know why they charge 700 per consultation even though we come for follow up.
I badly felt about the doctor who is eagerly waiting for money making business.

Worst is not the word for them, they are still doing old methods, shouting at new mom's.
Dr Mahesh and nishita both husband wife know nothing and here to loose the respected that Leela Rao and Dr Veena has earned.
They can only handle a normal single pregnancy if there is any complications they don't even have a nicu or required pediatrician in the hospital. I would rather pay more and visit cloud nine or rainbow instead.
You both husband wife will definitely pay for what ur doing.

Waste of time.no proper responses.only money minded people.they are not ready to answer patients problems.they just say to come for scan every month.useless people.

Worst service. Strongly recommend don’t come to this hospital. No one will inform anything they come and take blood from child and they will not tell any reasons. They will ask money to clean the room. They can’t handle patient properly. Try for a local authority hospital they are doing service, here they are only money minded.

Hi all I just want to share my experience.
Pls bear and read till the end.
At 2020 I delivered my baby girl in Lakshmi maternity. First few scans I did at my home town. So from 17 weeks I continued in Lakshmi maternity. But kuddos to Nishita doctor who diagnosed my incompetent cervix issue and performed a procedure immediately and saved my pregnancy. But other experiences are sooooo bad. Dr. Nishita even though she is good at what she is doing but she doesn't have personal time for anyone. Busy all the time. You will never be treated properly with care. During pregnancy thats what is expected atleast. You will be body shamed by other doctor's during delivery. They just pass comments about you to each other during pain. Which is horrible. They see you as a scapegoat. I think the other doctor's has to be trained on interpersonal skills and communication skills. At least they can act professionally even if it doesn't come from within. They seem like they are the BOSS. Very rude. Few malayali (m not generalizing here but being honest) nurses are good.
I think Dr. Nishita has to revamp her whole structure and hierarchy it's high time. Because of the bad experience even we are literally scared of what if we conceive again. Because we don't want to go through such a nightmare once again in our lives. Think before you go for consultation. If you are a strong lady and be clear that you wish to visit only Dr. Nishita it might work for you. But other doctors not worth it. You will definitely go into depression. Other doctor's body shame and what not the lists goes on. It took me 2 years to come out and give a rating on them, it's soo traumatizing. They also use Vaccum without your knowledge and complaint to your partners and they don't even convey the good news properly to your spouse. They would just call your people alone and tell your wife has delivered a baby girl and complain about you to them which they don't even realize is bad or rude.
Only good thing happened is my baby girl who is heal and healthy.

One of the worst hospital I have heard about in banglore. The way they behave and talk is not at all good manner. It's not enough to do big degrees and MBBS they should learn how to speak with patient also. Doctor should behave friendly so that patient will open up more and tell them their concerns. One of my friend face this issue with MBBS doctor in this hospital and she was soo upset with their behavior and the way of talk. She came from very far to this hospital for checkup.

Never ever admit in this hospital am really scared of becoming pregnant again such a bad experience.they talk vulgar words use bad words they dont tell the situation they do their own watever they feel and the other thing is they talk themself this that in that pain when they talk badly about us we will go for some critical condition

They've long history of delivering healthy babies! The here staff are working for many years especially the nursing staff. They are very cooperative.

I felt the number of gynaecologists has to be increased to cater to the crowd. That apart digitalisation of documents would be preferable for better connectivity between doctor, patient and management.

Experienced but. Dr. Meena Prashanth took her own decision of using vacuum for delivery which has not gone well & resulted in brain damage of the baby girl.

We were not aware that doctor will do Vaccum delivery and What are the risks or complications of vacuum extraction delivery, we don't know why they didn't suggest for cesarean.

In Lakshmi Maternity Hospital, Pediatrician Mahesh roa.didn't tell to keep the child in NICU and didn't take care of baby's health condition after using vaccum. On 3rd day we came to know that baby is in serious condition by another Pediatrician, we shifted the baby from Lakshmi Maternity Hospital & got admitted to Ramiah Hospital. The scanning report suggested that improper vacuum delivery caused brain damage to the baby, and they told Pediatrician did not take immediate action to admit the baby to NICU, So the baby condition is critical and there is no guarantee for its future.

We don't know what kind of deals are there between Pediatrician Mahesh and Lakshmi Maternity Hospital, even though he got many bad reviews still he is in that hospital to damage others' life. We also don't know why Dr. Meena Prashanth suggested this worst Lakshmi Maternity Hospital.

Please think before going to thir hospital, don't agree with whatever they tell, do some research and take second opinion always, otherwise the entire life of the baby will be in danger.

One of the best Maternity hospital, the hospitality they provide for patients is par excellence and the doctors including staff are very attentive and supportive. They utmost I.e 99% try for vaginal delivery. And even assist us without loosing hope, and push us utmost to have vaginal delivery! Its really rare to find doctors such as Nischita Rao and team. Nurses are the strength of this hospital! Thanks for giving us hope and filling in strength during delivery

Good for normal'delivery if you are not bothered about money.normal delivery they took 5 days stay including 24hrs photo therapy for baby cost was close to lakh. Just an another money making org that's all

Dr. Geetha is wonderful doctor in Lakshmi maternity hospital and she made me feel so safe by caring. The compassion with which she treated me was more effective than any medicine and also like a sister she supported me during pregnancy. Thank you so much mam ️I never ever met a person as u.will not forget her in my life

Good facilities. Nominal charges. Experienced nurses treat patient good. Nurses insist mom for breast feeding which is most important.

Extremely rude and apathetic staff. Specially the Administrator Mr Neetu is very unprofessional and uncaring. Don't waste your time with this Hospital.

Baby was in NICU for nearly 12 days after birth. Even after close to 6 months baby was not gaining proper weight. When we told the doctor we feel she has difficulty while breathing that's when doctor checked and advised for further check. When we asked about baby's weight issues we were told it's common and we were asked to conduct unnecessary tests. Finally baby was diagnosed with severe heart issues after consulting another doctor and was operated. Doctor from other hospitals confirmed us the heart issue was there since birth and since she was at NICU doctor should have noticed it.
Due to bad experience we had at this hospital, we totally quit an idea for a second pregnancy.

I had my complete treatment and delivery here as per me Dr Nishith Rao she will not talk much what ever is there that she will explain frankly, she takes care good on the delivery day i asked c section but she explained to me don't go c section if you can't bare pain take epidural my delivery went nice and in 5th month i had a cervical surgery it also went good she saved my baby to born prematurely, so thanks for Dr Nishith Rao, coming to hospital staff except few nurse evryone are good only but few nurse are not at all good they will treat you worst then government hospital, coming to pay it's little expensive for below middle classe but better compare with some hospitals yes there are lots of tests and scans are there, now coming to the important part DR VEENA ACHARYA i never saw a worst doctor like her, her words hurted me a lot in delivery room well i am in pain i am controlling myself not making much sounds but a little bit i am trying to control she came to see other patient on that time she said Y this people are getting pregnant when they can not tolerate the pain, and she said to the nurses why you people are trying to do normal delivery for this kind of people you can take them to the c section room and cut it take out the baby it's like shock for me on the time as a doctor she cannot say like that but she is very rude with the patient I will never ever recommend the doctor in that hospital if you want to go you can visit the nishita Rao she is best as per me, Veena Acharya is the worst worst worst doctor as per me and few nurse also

Worst hospital. The nurses are very rude and behave like Saddists, they treat the patients very rudely.

It's really pathetic. This hospital lack of professionals particularly Nurses,
1 nursing staff for a floor they depute were always in rest room also lack of logistics support, they didn't have enough trained staff, sincere request for them to look at it.

After a bad experience here we shifted to Rangadore in Basavanagudi. It's the best maternity hospital in town in all the aspects. I strongly recommend Rangadore from my experience

One of the worst hospital I have visited. From receptionist to consulting doctor all are behaving very rudely, don't even have patience to listen to our problems. I didn't have bp but she told I have high bp. Later I went and checked outside it was normal. I think environment der gives us stress. Have visited once and never planning to visit again

Hopeless and horrible hospital! Irresponsible doctor and the staff. Junior Dr's are waste. Dr. Nishitha doesn't care or bother to come if its out of her duty hours. If you get pain in night they have to wait till morning for her to come n see. Did a very big mistake going to this hospital. They take off there hands at the end moment saying everything is your risk. The scans arent done on right time. They have no facility for premature baby and they dont take responsibility after premature baby is delivered in their hospital. I dont suggest this hospital for any ladies! Because of Dr. Nishitha Rao and Dr. Srivalli I had to deliver a preterm baby. They have no time to diagnose wht is the patient concern and problems. They gave me 7th month growth scan date in 8th month end.my baby came out before 8th month itself. Worst Hospital and Faculty. The washrooms are horrible.

Many say, staff are busy, doctor is busy, you know why, the guarantee, safety, quality is important to us, from 1st month checkup to delivery there are scans, test, they maintain time, we should go on time, they. Always try normal delivery, they don't won't more money from patients,

Good and friendly doctors. But hospital process is pathetic. Came with wife for 3rd month scan at 9am (exactly at the time informed to us) but ended up finishing it at around 1: 30pm! Thankfully on the same day!

Got surgery with the best and experience doctor called devraj/manjunath, and hospitality is actually good and clean but they used to charge heavily with unnecessary Billings, make sure to ask in detail about the things mentioned in the bill for a safer side.

My wife and baby was healthy till 5 months.morning she felt very tiredness and dizziness was upto fell down. Immediately tuk her to Lakshmi maternity as she were regular checkup to this hospital. After 15 min Nurse just came and as per doctor advise she gave one injection really donno what it is my wife started bleeding and it was very emergency. Later doctor Veena came and advised for emergency opt.
She said to take her ramaiah hospital since no advanced baby incubator. She arranged ambulance as well.later i donno doctor was tensed much and said she lost lot of blood and ur wife is in critical we need to do operation here itself but we can't save the child because there was no Equipped in hospital.

No use for emergency because of this negligence of whom v lost our unborn baby. Since there is no NICU and doctor was not having equipment.
Note: - pharmacy closed on Sundays no doctors no emergency finally no patients. But whatever happened only god knows v belive.

After 6 months we went for regular checkup and next treatment to same hospital and doctor. She started freshly with treatment almost 2 years we tried no success donno why what was happened, what they have done wrong or donno. Finally she said I can't take up ur case i will advice for IVF. Later we decided not come this hospital will else where.

However till today we are suffering trying still we are not success in having a child. It was almost 4 years past. As per recent notice with ayurveda doctor her uterus has more scars embryo not getting attached. Donno what's next in our life.

Advice to ppl choose wisely and take treatment with good experience doctor and hospital.

U ppl see the reviews of other suffered because of doctors and nurse negligence. Also u can contact me. I have proof as well. Inexperienced doctors in hospitals.

One of the worst hospital i ever seen, govt hospital staff people will behave better than this hospital staff. One old lady in blood testing center is worst, she has to learn how to respect people. My sincere advise dont visit here unless it is emergency, you can get better hospital in the malleshwaram.

One of the worst maternity hospitals I have ever been to. Only 1 doctor and she is so busy that she doesnt evn have time to talk properly in detail. You will be standing in front of her and asking her questions. No second opinion and no second radiologist opinion. Thus this inexperienced doctor didnt provide right medications and my baby didnt grow well due to thick blood. She didny recognize the cause and just made me do tests and tests. Only after my 2nd trimester when I moved to cloud 9 I came to know that there is lack of amoniticfluid and need to deliver immediately.due to not providing ecosprin at the right time ny baby was an iugr baby and the radiologist never mentioned his head circumference was small which was clearly visible to her.
Because of dr nishita rao and dr veena I had an iugr and pre term baby and i even lost the baby post 2 months of NICU care. Thanks to the 2 of these inexperienced doctors.
Ambiance is nothing less than a government hospital. I will never forget the trauma I went through because of lack of knowledge of these 2 doctors.

We got our baby delivered here. She is one month old and doing good.

Very worst experience. Doctors have no time to talk with us. Rushes like a government hospital. We expect someone to listen us and quality inputs from them.

But here, they are busy in giving bills. Laboratory bills comes in different names and different locations with no detailed information.

During my 3month pregnancy period, I took a scanning and that scanning video was shown only to me. Not even called my husband. This was my first pregnancy. We all expect to see that baby growth. Instead, they throw bills to us.

Consultation fees is charged for not consulting at all.

I chose this hospital after researching other maternity hospitals because this hospital exists from many years and they are specialist in maternity and the statistics about safety of mother and child is good. My 2 kids were born here. The kids are healthy. Dr. Leela Rao and Dr. Indira Sheshan delivered the babies.

The doctors are very knowledgeable. The younger doctors are also knowledgeable and kind. This is a neighborhood hospital which is giving good service at reasonable cost. Pediatricians (Dr. Mahesh) is also good, one visit and you are cured. Good diagnosis. Dr. Nishita Rao, is also good in diagnosis and treated my wife very well. Outside her specialization, she brings in specialists when needed. She helped to calm our fear/apprehension seeded in our minds by other hospitals.

I do not go to Bigger hospitals, they fear monger patients and get you into unnecessary high cost medications to cover their cost of servicing per patient is higher. After which we lose more money and lose health.

Dr. Veena i know she very knowledgeable doctor very strict but come on straight forward but you need to understand patients first time mom. My friend suggested after first visit I will never step into that hospital.especially her very strong personality and me sensitive. Not nice lady.

The worst place one can get admitted to. Disorganised staff. Rude admins. They gave me someone else's report and convinced it was my baby's report. Charged for hearing test and didn't even conduct the tests.

I went for my first delivery here by Dr. Veena Acharya. Initially everything looked fine. But on the day of delivery their true colors started showing. The doctor and the staff were very rude. They treated me and my child as objects and not humans. I was made to have c- section by creating an unwanted panic situation. Later they diagnosed unnecessary things with the baby and took blood sample. While doing so they wrapped my baby's s thumb folded inside the band aid. Later we got to know only when the baby cried. Also they put drip on my newborn and did not observe it. My baby. 's arm swelled. All this was done just to keep us in hospital for extra days and mint money. All the staff was rude and when we objected they tried to create a dispute in family by telling my husband that I m unnecessarily reacting and all what they were doing was needed. Doctor Mahesh Rao was also very rude and overall Lakshmi Maternity was a really bad experience of my life. All this happened two years ago.

As rightly said in the reviews. No Quality service no professionaliam.afternoon 3.30 to 7.30 waited for scan appt was at 4 dr arrived late. By the time i get scan report it was 7.30 n dr had left.again spending for cab have to visit the hospital.no proper time management.the service was not such earlier. Worst hospital for maternity. I had my first delivery here in 2016, it was quite convincing hospital at that time. But I really had awful experience with my second delivery things have changed a lot
1. ONLY money is the moto
Though they could have discharge us after 3 days they simply made us to wait for report and extended 2 more days charge 15k extra
2. Name sake it's cesarian word useless buggers they allowing sweepers cleaners inside the ward during surgery.
3 Horrible nurses in the labour ward no professional service they were checking my baby heart beat keep big gaint machine on me rather she is supposed to hold.

Unnecessary tests. You would have to spend 40k only for bloody needless tests.

Recently my nephew was born there, we heard from a lot of our relatives that it's good. To be honest I think the degree of care that they are giving is good. They are clean, like every 5 hours some or the other person comes and cleans the room. The doctors, nurse and the staff workers behaviour was nice and friendly. The washroom were well cleaned.

Good hospital and I had my wifes first delivery normal last week, Staffs are some what rude but ok but not upto to the mark. But senior most Doctor Indira seshan is excellent and not at all money minded, But I don't recommend regular check up in this hospital they ruin your money instead you can Visit Sampige clinic in the same locality by Dr Indira Seshan she will guide all through from Day 1 of your pregnancy. For delivery she will visit Lakshmi maternity where you can take her service

Based on recommendations by friends, we have visited 2 times n got to know their main motive is only and only to Make Money

Justification:

1. Pregnancy is natural unless there is problem in one individuals.

2. This Hospital misusing such opportunities of each woman

3.1st visit, they checked by Dr. Deepa and charged 700/- only to say to visit them after 10 days.

4. For 2nd visit, we wanted to meet Dr. Nishita Rao (since heard she is good but) she is a boss behind the money, she said u came early, u need to come after 15 days, meanwhile one scanning was done n charged Rs. 1000/- but no explanation given, after asking To Doct she explains that baby is tiny n u hv to do blood test, another scanning in the next etc.

5. To be a mother for the 1st time she needs some clarification on changes in her, she wants guidance from doctor (s) n therefore they approach doctor but here in this hospital, doctor have no time, when Being asked for clarification the doctor is busy with next patient.and it was totally ignored by the doctor.

I request each one of u, not to visit this hospital

The doctors, nurses, staff & administration have a very rude behaviour towards the patients and their keens. They don't know how to handle a newborn baby. It was the worst experience of a hospital one can ever get.

Worst hospital.from doctors to nurse everyone are rude nobody have patience.govt doctors are better than these docs, they are polite, not even single star is worth to this hospital, if it has '0' or less than that I would have given that, though it was my first pregnancy I was scared about my labour, nowadays we have many options like epidural & all, docs not convinced me for normal one they just put me into c-sec, all the beautiful pregnant folks never choose this hospital, especially if it is your first pregancy choose wisely.

Very worst hospital.especially the duty doctors are so rude.came here for 2nd pregnancy.from day 1 till the day of discharge it's been lot of mess created and lot of unwanted blood tests are made.because during my 1st pregnancy I didn't go through so much blood tests.but here every month I come for check up 1 or the other blood tests are asked to made.regarding other issues if complained to MD and he questions to the concern doctor.that particular doctor comes early in the morning and shouts on patients regarding the issue.very worst hospital ever. Hospitals like vani villas and govt hospitals is some what better compared to this Lakshmi maternity hospital in private very rude and unprofessional staffs. This Lakshmi maternity is Hightech hospital only in money looting not in terms of quality treatment. Please go to some other good gynecologist and talk to them One to one, instead getting mingled with like huge sheep group. Sheep group its not meant to people who comes there it's they treat us like that

Very unprofessional doctors. They induce labour so that they can do more deliveries and earn more money. Induction of labour by unnatural means may lead to birth asphyxia. There only agenda is deliver the baby, if complications occur then blame on your genes, if questions asked then they say to go ask pediatrician. Even a poor follow up during the ante natal check-ups. Very arrogant. Govt hospital is much better than this. If you doctors read this post then pls don't induce labour unnecessarily. Pls. I visited for Medical Pregnancy (Mp) and would like to write with pain i had from October 2017 till today. Happily we got first baby in lakshmi maternity under Vena achariya. My wife become pregnant for 2nd bay and when we went normal checkup with nearby hospital around 3rd month local doctor said no heartbeat and it needs to abort the baby. Later we decided to visit veena on 1 saturday to lakshmi maternity but veena doctor was on leave. Since it so emergency for aborting the baby we met Dr. Leela's daughter to confirm whether its really needs to abort. Then Dr. Leela's daughter confirmed no heartbeat and needs to abort soon. Doctor given tablets to clean and she asked us to come after 2 days on monday. So we went monday and luckily we came to know veena doctor available. We met her and told we came on last saturday to meet you but we met Dr. Leela's daughter and told history of complication. You know what doctor replied "If you get aborted with Dr. Leela's daughter then why should you come here". We said since its emergency on saturday that local doctor told need to abort hence we can't wait till monday so we decided to meet Dr. Leela's daughter. After with all discussion Dr.veena accepted to treat my wife. Then she took her to scan room and there identified still not 100% cleaned and so it needs to do DNC. I accepted to do on same day.she did that clinical DNC and we went to home. Later for 3 months my wife didn't attempt for regular periods for 2 continuous months and again we met Dr.veena in open reception not in usual private room. She said " some times you say lot of bleeding and now you say no period for 2 months" This hurted a lot and we planned to go different hospital Apollo Bhannargetta with Dr. Mala prakash and we told complete history and finally they confirmed periods issue is because of carelessness in DNC did by Dr.veena. In apollo with another 2 months of medicine no periods happen and they want to do hysteroscopy and they did and conformed while doing DNC they teared uterus and declared " No possibility of periods and no possibility of any baby". We roamed all over south india pioneer's like Kurian Joseph in chennai, CMC vellore, etc, everyone said the root cause is while doing DNC happened with veena at lakshmi maternity.we lost hope and don't want to face veena again. Finally on March 2018 we decided to try ayurveda our final hope and till today she undergo treatment in ayurveda academy now period's issue get resolved which most of alopathy doctors declared not possible and now she is pregnant. Thanks to Ayaurveda academy (Dr. Savathri) I can say one message here to Dr.veena "We got 1st baby with help of you and we won't forget but for 2nd baby because of your carelessness while doing DNC my wife said while DNC was happening you are talking with nearby and doing DNC my wife was having little anesthesia at that time". I request and pray this kind of incident happened for my wife should not happen for any parentals.

Very worst. That leela rao is sitting to make money, not at all for service or helping nature. They have given me to bring blood report, i did it from other lab so she didn't check my report and said no need to come for the next time, is this the way to behave being a doctor? Being a middle class people i have to see my budget right. Here for blood report they charge 5800 and i did it in other lab at just 3000, so she got angry and she through my report and said go to that hospital only. Plz before going 1s look at your budget. She is a blade.

It's worst hospital, I got 2 abortion in this hospital bz of there negligence and careless. Staff and labour ward nurses are really vry bad, thy reacting in vry worst manner first thy shud be train hw to behave and speak.the doctors are more interested in communicating abt thr personal stuff while treating patients I had really had a worst experience, f v ask anything about the treatment thy fall on us saying u go to other hospital f so questioning. The doctors are Appointing patients for minor thing. Meanwhile thy won't gv treatment for tht day thy will drag the days to take the room charges.doctors really rude. Amazing hospital! The doctors here are just awesome. Their experience makes them talk to the point. They don't treat patients like customers unlike other hospitals. They analyze every patients state and they act accordingly. Best hospital for normal delivery. Kudos to all the doctors here!:) :)

Recently I delivered in this hospital. I could not bear the pain and asked them to do c-section. They said no let's wait for sometime. And finally I had a normal delivery. I could see the confidence in the doctors. I was amazed to see the doctors being so confident. This hospital is the best hospital for maternity I would say.

Worst hospital with worst services. Starting from doctor to the facilities lady, every one is so rude.

Pregnancy is the beautiful experience a woman goes through in her life. Rather giving them a confidence, guidance and make comfortable of this lively motherhood they make your life terrible. This hospital is not recommended at all.

Worst experience!

We had visited here for my wife pregnancy test.

The treatment was stared from February 2018 and went gud until August we visited here on September 4 for the check up and the drama begins now.

Everything went fine all these days suddenly doctors said the patient had put up or increased weight of 30kg in a span of 30days.

To confirm this all the doctors in this hospital were came together and finally it was came into conclusion tat patient had more and more calories food and increased the weight.

The real scenario we understood later was the weighing machine of this hospital was improper the baby weight was increased as per the scanning and how could be the mother weights remained same for 3 months and one fine day the weight increased.

Without accepting there mistake the doctor simply put it across the patient including the head doctor Ms. Leela rao.if any one can tell how can a person gain 30kg in a span of 1 month without any problems.

Later we went to Apollo hospital for further treatment.

Never expected this treatment and responses From this hospital.

I have just visited this hospital, I had a terrible experience they don't respect pregnant woman they don't give respect, these people don't know how to treat a pregnan woman, they made me stand for half an hour,
we gave our reports that also they didn't handle properly, doctor gets confused for no reason, I'm feeling very bad that I have visited this place.
