With a fair pricing policy, well sanitized environment, skillful-qualified doctors complimented with sincere nursing team – it was a long sought - much needed medical service centre here. Is certainly a boon to the residents in & out of Kushalnagar. Cordiality, magnanimity and nicety are the three qualities that bring additional credit to medical, surgical and nursing facilities. To a great extent I found and experienced these in SLR Health Clinic - Kushalnagar.

It's a clean hospital with good facilities. Primarily for women and kids. A facility like this was much needed. Doctors are good. But rated 3 star as it require administration improvement's.
1. Reception- No proper reception. Every patient who come here first time is confused on what to do, where to go.
2. Billing- There should be different billing areas for consultation, medicine and Laboratory. Billing at a medical increases q.
3. Consulation- Should have a pre appointment option. Patients are made to wait a lot.
4. Separate resting hall post medications like injection for OPD.

Don't go to this hospital to consult DR. Anapurna if your pregnant. Utter negligence which resulted my sister to loss her baby. She won't even come to hospital even in case of emergency and doesn't tell you anything even if the issue is serious and negligence can cause stillbirth. Please avoid this hospital and this Doctor.

I have went to show my Wife in this hospital Doctor even not bother about patients problems, I did not liked this hospital services it was an bad expeeience this is not suitable hospital for patients, its only money needed Hospital

Please check the medicine with the doctor after buying from the pharmacist in the same hospital. On 24-Jan-2021, pharmacist gave different medicine without confirming to doctor or informing us about the non availability of the same medicine.

Doctor prescribed Syr. Zukamin whereas pharmacist gave Dicold-AF. Paracetamol is absent in Dicold-AF. Dosages of other components are also different!

REQUEST: Pharmacist please inform doctor or patient if they're selling medicine different from one prescribed by doctor.

There is no descipline, Me and my wife visited for a scanning with proper pre booking there staff’s are behaved well, but while scanning there will be 2 or 3 men inside the scanning room, it’s to much uncomfortable! Especially women’s, it shows no respect to them, we are what you asked at least show some respect to women indispensable, hope this massage make changes
