Dirty bed, pillow, pillow cover. Stinking room. Strong cigarette smell inside room. Water problem. Inefficient watchmen. Unsafe for females in the night.

Nice experience and nice place and nice rooms
Whenever i come to mangalore I stay here only

Very unclean bedding and pillows in an unhygienic room. We had to park the car outside and pay the fine the next day because the careless watchman failed to unlock the parking lot shutter. When we complained about the watchman, the owner's response was simply that there was a staffing deficit, so they couldn't question him about it. And the amount of the fine was our responsibility. A group of 15 families and I were in Mangalore to attend a wedding. The majority of the rooms stank of cigarettes. It seemed pointless to have a no smoking notice inside the room. Additionally, there were ongoing water issues and the staff cut off the phone line, so we had to physically go down to the reception whenever a problem arose. Everything about the stay was awful, with the exception of the location. The hotel staff was not at all nice. We had to stay there because the groom's family had recommended it. Everyone in the group complained the filthy linens and overpowering cigarette odour inside the room. Since the hotel is located inside a complex, it can be quite unsafe, especially at night.

The room i got is good enough for 2 ppl. However, the bedsheets are worse. Cigrette burnt holes. Beddings needs to be replaced with better ones. Wont recommend anyone for time being

Decent place to stay for night. No natural ventilation. Parking is bit problem. Walkable distance to pabbas outlet.

Decent rooms in the heart of the city. Very prompt people who had kept my belongings even after two weeks of no contact and checking out

Literally bad experience. Not a decent place for family to stay. I said my friend to book a room for our family, his adolescent son had booked this hotel.not secure for ladies.when we entered room drunken bottles and cigarettes and other rubbish things were in room. Felt very bad.no proper service to clean rooms. My old parents were very tired and were not able to change rooms as Early morning 5 a.m we had train.we hardly slept at night.even children can't sleep.our room didn't had lock also. Totally unsafe place for families. Even cost was also very high 1500 per room. I don't even give 1* for this.

Decent rooms, tidy and clean but not a secured place, had a haunting experience last time when I stayed there

Budget hotel. Ok for a night's stay. Situated in a commercial complex and not very clean. Staff was friendly, but, nothing much to write about.

I'm giving 5 star coz i stayed there peacefully with all the facilities and i was satisfied with their service.

Whenever i visit Mangalore i always stay at this place. The staff is helpful and courteous. The place is also well maintained.

Good place to stay in. Rooms are good, AC and hot water were available. Place is quite convenient for exploring bearby spots.

Before the stay was good and the price was reasonable, but now they have increased the price and also the priceing is different for all the guest which is totally unfair.
Also the reception lady is very rude these days she doesnot even know how to speak to a guest, if we ask her anything she replies in a very rude way and also she acts has if she's the owner of the lodge stay. Very arrogant behaviour of her these days.we need to listen to what she says and her words are final,

Lalbagh Residency’s main plus point is the fact that it is in a prominent location and is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were also courteous, thus making our stay a pleasant one.
