When I was looking for a job and was really needy I received call from you for job and I said yes.
That was really turning point of my career that I am now going to work with you and will learn something new. Earlier I was working with State Street syntel. And after joining lancesoft as a contract basis now I am permanant employee of its client i.e Deutsche bank.

Can layoff without giving any valid reason or prior notice. In Bangalore and Hyderabad office, personal priority to people of same community is given more and often noticed. HRs are not of any help and just there to convey orders of higher managers

Worst Company, they will remove employees after 3 months, don't waste ur time joining that company

I have working for Bosch under the Lancesoft payroll last 17 months. I have good experience with Lancesoft. Reporting manger Ravi and HR Shruti respond very quickly to any kind of queries.

I am part of Lance Soft for the past 4.5 years now. The very first thing that I liked the most is disbursement of salary. The salary is disbursed on time every month and I don't even remember that in my tenure of almost 5 years, I had to chase anyone for the salary.

They have conducted multiple sessions in past to connect with the employees, gathered feedback and streamlined various processes so as to make our task smooth and easier. I have collaborated with the HR and finance team for all my queries and have received great support. I sit at client location, and they are making sure to have a connect with all their employees who are based at client location.

To name a few, I have received prompt response and support from Patrali Mukherjee from HR and Vijayalaxmi from finance.

Overall, it is a great experience so far and I am sure they are doing their best to meet every employee's expectation.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Lancesoft. All of the processes are clearly outlined and instructions given for each process are easy to understand. The ER POC is always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that I may have. I really appreciate how quickly the respective departments respond to my inquiries through email.

My onboarding and other interview process went smoothly lancesoft team helped me in all the aspects from the interview till onboarding. It's been 2 months journey with lancesoft i got a wonderful experience.

Fraud and joker company. Lancesoft HR will hire and fire people for 1 or 2 months even for permanent positions. They don't know why they offer permanent position for 1 or 2 months. No job security, no IT standards. Suitable for Syria, Sudan and Somalia countries.

I am so grateful to work at Lancesoft. The leadership at Lancesoft especially my team is great and they really helping us to succeed in our roles. I am able to learn a lot of different skills outside of my day-to-day responsibilities. Good work life balance.

Worst company I have ever come across. The recruiter Mr. Gowda was very rude and he doesn't have the decency to talk to candidates. Please learn how to handle candidates before approaching them for job

Work management is so worst, they treat employees like robots, they make us work even on Saturdays and Sundays.

Worst company. I suggest everyone not to work with this company. They treat their employees very bad, they don't pay salaries on time and pressure employees to reach the target. Management is worst, unprofessional. They terminate employees without proper reason.
