Landmark by Pai

Really nice location for stay. The rooms are huge and staff is really helpful, especially the manager. Not sure about the dining but my friends tell me that the buffet breakfast is around 200 + GST and when it comes to he taste, it is disappointing. But I can't say for sure as I haven't had anything there

We were here for dinner on a Monday. So we had vegetarian food including soup, starters and main course. The food was tasty and the staff were very attentive and recommended us nice dishes. The ambience was pleasant. We will definitely return to try the non-veg menu.

We stayed at Landmark by Pai at Belgaum for one night. It was a family trip. The overall experience staying at this property was simply great, starting from the booking experience, to communication, to check-in, the stay, food and service, until check out.

The staff were very courteous and very helpful. The food was delicious and the service in the restaurant was very good. The housekeeping and front desk services were also great. The manager (Babul) was helpful in all aspects, with regards to check in and he even helped us to book a taxi.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Location is good, right on Khanapur Road

Overall a great stay. Highly recommended hotel while in Belgaum

Number 1 restaurant out of all top restaurants in belgaum, all food was Rich delicious and made with creative, tandoori guldasta comes all in one tandoori tadka which I found first here itself, roti and nan was very unique made recipe it’s very very delicious and soft crispy (no hard or soggy), Nitish waiter was very polite, knowledgeable, smiley boy and served as per our customisation of food for Nitish, we have to give more rating but it’s limited to 5 stars

Easily the most aesthetic hotel in Belgaum. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cute-looking work desk. The decor was stylish and modern, and everything felt clean and un touched. I would rate it 10/10.

Overall, I would say that this hotel easily falls under the 3-star category. However, there were a few things that I felt could be improved upon.

For one, it seemed like the owner was more accustomed to running lodges. There was a bit of a disconnect between the overall aesthetic of the place and the staff who ran this.

While everyone was perfectly polite, sweet and helpful, there was a sense that the staff culture was more like that of a lodge than a hotel. It felt a bit like they were just doing their job, rather than going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay in Belgaum. With a few tweaks to the staff culture, it could easily be one of the best hotels in the area. Hope this will be taken positively

Pai has the best food.visited with my family. The starters are too good and the staff is so gentle.had a good experience

I was admitted at Venugram hospital, I ordered masala dosa for my breakfast, it was a horrible quality the most hopeless taste, please be careful…

Worst experience I had today. Thinking that it's Pai's, we went for lunch. First we ordered Sprite, it was served after a long wait. When asked why so much delay, we were told it was out of stock, had to be bought. It was served with two cubes of ice which I hate very much (without asking us). When asked why, we were told it was brought warm so added ice. We had ordered two chicken starters and main course food. The first starter was bakwas and the second starter was even worst. We cancelled our further order, paid for what we had and walked out. Had food in some other restaurant. Such a worst experience I have never had so far in Belgaum.

" Mr. Pai, inspite of the fact that the hotel right opposite to your is our own blood relatives, we visited your hotel. But I regret very much to tell you that we are terribly disappointed and wow not to visit your "Landmark " in anytime in future because first experience is the best experience. "

Must visit

Had been to this hotel yesterday with family & friends. Food (veg) was not at all good. I will not recommend this place at least for lunch or dinner.

I stayed at another Pai Resort and had amazing experience there but this time they were sold out and staff there suggested me this Landmark by Pai, Met Mr Vinay Pai the owner of the hotel he was down to earth and was there for his guests, the rooms were clean and aesthetically beautiful, the staff were amazing always ready to help, the breakfast was yummy.
Value for money and definitely will visit again
