Never give your laptop for repair here. Had bad experience twice. The technicians dont know what to do.they will simple do something and tell big big technical things and charge huge amount. If you have time and money you can give the laptop here else dont even think of giving here

Iam very thankful to laptop store recently upgraded Ssd. Now my laptop is working very fast and windows also geniune.

If you have problems with expensive or gaming laptops don't give it to them!
I had given Asus ROG Zephyrus and they tampered some components and pretended like nothing happened.
I advice you to not go here because they are not experts in dealing with complex laptop architecture.

Pathetic experience. I gave laptop & told them to upgrade the ssd in m. 2 slot but they don't have the m. 2 model ssd which my laptop supports without asking customers concerns they upgraded by using SATA ssd. They shouldn't informed at all & the price is too high.

I am having a very bad experience
First time I took my laptop, they said had disc to be changed.
I paid 9000 and changed the hard disc.
But still I keep facing issues.
Now every time they say it's software problem and no guarantee on software.
I have my own doubt that whether they put in new hard disk.
The serial no. Of hard disk given is not there in go website.
I feel horrible

Went here because my Asus laptop's hard disk was not working. They replaced the HDD and recovered the data within 24 hours. Staff was very polite.

I don't know who gave such high rating. The lady at the desk hardly replies and she even doesn't listen to what you are saying. She is in her own work and after requesting twice she asks me to give the laptop for a day to test. I got all my 4 Dell laptops from laptop store Hyderabad never had such an experience. God knows what service they do

Very Professional, quick and trustworthy each time that I have used their services which is since last 3 years!

The guy said 4000 and other lady came and said it was 4500. They replaced my screen and gave 6 months of warranty and my laptop is Compaq and they replaced a unbranded stuff for that. Go for other store and ask for the warranty if they give for 1 year and it was original one and if they give 6 months that was unbranded one. Don't believe this laptop Store. I am experienced guy.

I was in need of a battery fro my Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 laptop and put an online query for it. Laptop store from Chennai asked me to approach their branch in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The price for the battery sown by them on their website is Rs. 1990/- but when I approached them, they quoted Rs. 4000/-. There was no explanation from them for the higher price. I sought a clarification from their Chennai head office but they too are silent. This clearly shows that this company cheats. They claim to be authorised service centre for Dell products. If it is really so, Dell should think of cancelling this privilege as they are bound to spoil the good name of Dell. Please avoid this place.
