I love LaundroKart! They always greet me by name when I walk in. My clothes are always cleaned in a timely manner, if not before the day promised. I would recommend them to anyone!

Friendly service and accommodating. I’ve used them for over 3 years, and they have been very professional and consistent. Sometimes they will know to do it and just take the initiative to take extra care and cover vintage buttons with foil etc.to protect them. There is sometimes a bit of an extra cost because of the labor and attention involved but if you care about certain items, it’s worth the effort and the cost isn’t exorbitant. If you have a stubborn stain, you should talk to them about it and they will be frank about whether they can get it out and whether it will affect the fabric.

All the staff at LaundroKart are kind and friendly, come for the excellent quality and discount coupons, stay for the dedicated, warm staff! After trying many dry cleaners over a long period, LaundroKart has been my preferred dry-cleaning establishment for a number of years, and remains by far my favorite!

LaundroKart employee are thoughtful and kind. They listen to customer needs and request. I had special request such as disinfections due to my health condition, I was assured my concerns will be taking care off

They are fraud!

I have been using their service previously for 4 times for wash and iron always, out of which 3 were satisfactory but they literally cheated on the last one!

I had given 24 clothes and when received back after their service I found that one shirt was unwashed because of the smell and later came to realise that they haven't washed any of it, instead they have just ironed it out and sent it!

I raised complaint twice but no one was responding, someone responded later and asked for the pictures of clothes so that they can verify if it is unwashed. I explained the situation that there is no stain on my clothes but all are unwashed as I am getting the smell out of my clothes but then again they stopped responding!

Don't let them fool you guys, better to avoid their services!

Bad experience. Please avoid Laundrokart. They do not dry clean well. When asked on why the normal dirt stains have not gone, they told me that cannot be removed by them. Then what is the point of dry wash? Please find the picture below.

As one of my friend suggested for laundrokart, but I am very disappointed by the service of laundrokart. I want to tell everyone please do not download the app as no one going to respond you after you book as I booked twice and waited for them to pickup but no response from them. Even the customer service don't respond. Really a pathetic service by laundrokart. I don't wanted to give a single star to them.

Had given 11 shirts - somehow they only counted 10 and gave me back only 9 shirts.

So now I have lost 2 shirts which where more than 4k each and nobody at their support centre will answer my call.

Had Given silk saree for dry cleaning and they spoilt it. Some local dry cleaner would have done better job than this. Very disappointed as lost charm ofsilk saree. Pathetic as they can't even correct even after keeping saree for a month.

Worst service, please take buffer of atleast 1month if you are planning for any occasion they will fail to deliver on time. Pendamic issues are one thing and they are as lazy as sloths is other.

Laundrokart does not have any sense of responsibility.
First they don't deliver your laundry back on time and on top of that when they deliver some cloths are missing.

Continuous 4days wait for missing cloths and delivery boy says today is holiday we can't come this and that.

Please be careful to choose Laundrokart.

I dry cleaned my comforter. They did even bother to dry clean, they just packed the same comforter and send it back to me after 4 days and charged 530 Rs. It was smelling and had couple of strain marks that are still there.
I will not recommend Laundrokart to anyone.please read my comment before making any online booking

I want to give negative rating for lazthageic response. Was compelled to follow up several time. Saree was given for dry cleaning.even after re-wash.it is not properly cleaned. Pathetic service.
