Horrible service. It’s been more than 15 days since I provided my clothes for dry cleaning, the order was delivered partially, and the payment was collected fully. I’ve been chasing them on call and email everyday for the remaining order but still no response. Useless service. Never opt for LaundroKart.

I come to Laundrokart for dry cleaning the clothes of my house, they use good quality washing powder for clothes and Gives good cleaning order.

Pathetic service. I took a quilt and gave it to them for dry cleaning and and after 4 days they phone and tell me it’s ready. I went and collected and paid the money and didn’t check as it was nicely folded in a sealed cover with a label sanitised. On reaching home when I opened the plastic cover I noticed that nothing had been done and it was in the same condition that I’d given. When I went back to the store and showed them the quilt they said that it cannot be cleaned as it is a silk material. Have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. They also said the girl who accepted the laundry was a new person and she did not know that it can’t be cleaned. If that was the case why wait for 4 days and then call and say it’s ready and then collect money from me also. They never pick up their phones and absolutely pathetic service. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

Laundrokart is best for dry cleaning and washing, I mean, all the clothes in my house get washed from this.

Worst service ever.i was promised to get my clothes but they didn't even give the clothes for wash till the promised date.

WORST STORE and Pathetic People EVER seen! Took cloths for dry clean, and kept for more than 15 days without any communication. Finally we went and when asked, we were shocked.

They Damaged both my leather jackets worth more than Rs 5000 and rendered them totally useless, not even taking the responsibility for it.

Store Manager instead of rectifying the fault, he's yelling like Road Side shop seller.that we (customer) want money and given damaged jackets.

Basic Common Sense - If the jackets were damaged, why someone would have took for dry clean service in first place. It should have been rejected.

Absolutely clueless people, don't think they have any idea what they are doing. Ruined my clothes and came back saying you gave them like this.
Would have loved to give them something less than 0 if there were an option.
Worst dry cleaners ever experienced.

I have given pattu saree and blouse for dry cleaning.
After dry cleaning sarre and blouse both teared. In front of delivery person only i have shown saree and blouse, after that no response from this LaundroKart.

I was new in bangalore and it was difficult to clean cloths then i came to know about nanfe laundry from one my friend its amazing

I had provided my shoes for dry cleaning. But LaundroKart put my expensive shoes in washing machine and used harsh detergent because of which, my shoes is completely damaged now. In the service slip it's clearly mentioned that the shoes need DRY CLEANING ONLY. They lied and put them in washing machine when it had to be dry cleaned and tore it badly.

When I raised a complaint with the Consumer forum, these people are smartly putting all the blame on me saying that the shoe was already damaged. If so, then why didn't they write the details in their receipt while receiving the item? And if at all the shoe was in such a bad condition already, why would anyone waste more money on them and give them for dry cleaning?
And now that I'm in the verge of taking legal action against them, they are offering me 1000 rupees in their wallet so that I have to get their services again and let them spoil some more items.

I still haven't used the pair of shoes and even a blind person can smell the strong detergent smell on them. I am going to expose these frauds so that others can be saved from this ordeal.

Pathetic experience, worst dry cleaners ever met. Incharge present in thubarahalli outlet, Bengaluru was disgusting and very rude in talks and quality of work is even worse.

Though smtheir service is good.they agents do not deliver and pickup clothes on time. Their customer service agents are pathetic and do not act with urgency. They are very lethargic and I get so frustrated to talk their agents. There is no proper follow up number also that we can dial and the customer service do not pass on the complaints to the respective branches as well

Terrible service. Gave 4 blankets for dry cleaning. They promised home delivery in 5 days and did not give us any order id or tracking number as "system was down". Its been 7 days and they have only 2 blankets and we have to go collect it. They have no idea when the next two will be delivered. Now we just want the 4 returned to us the same state we gave it in. Do not want to get it dry cleaned at all.
