Great store to buy shades. I was searching for nice polarized shades for a while and online purchases are inaccurate with info and sizes. Just one visit to this store and was able to make a nice purchase in under 30 mins. Good customer service. Staff were really helpful in finding what i needed precisely.

The store has a friendly staff that are always willing to help customers find the right pair for them. They are knowledgeable about the products and always provide excellent customer service. The selection of sunglasses is vast, ranging from popular brands like Ray-Ban, opium, Calvin Klein and vogue.

I’ve been trying to get a pair of lenses for my eye power for the longest time. I got my first pair of lenses here after trying to search in a lot of places. The people here are extremely kind and the customer service is unmatched. They have a great collection of eyeglasses frames and sunglasses frames. I’d highly recommend anyone to blindly walk in here:)

I'm extremely happy with the service they provide after purchase. Recently I purchased a frame from 'lawernce&mayo' from a different city. The frame broke accidentally while I was wearing them, since the frame broke within a month from the date of purchase, they replaced me with a new frame. I will definitely continue my future purchases from this chain. Amazing service.thanks to 'kiran & reddy' for assisting me with thos issue.

I am extremely pleased with the service of Lawrence and Mayo. Even during this pandemic time, Ms. Pournima was superbly supportive and guided me patiently to place an order online. I got my lenses delivered to my residence very easily despite the lockdown, cyclone issues etc. Great support and Good job team.

I don't even feel like giving one star to this terrible store! They first delivered the wrong lenses by mixing up my eye power, and I had made the payment in full. Now when I have asked them to replace the lenses, they have stopped answering my call! This is the worst possible ever store. I suggest you never go to Lawrence and Mayo in Jayanagar. They have no sense of client service.

The store just returned the frame after a week without replacing the lenses, but lied that the lenses were replaced.

Lawrence and Mayo at Jayanagar, 4th block, is refusing to replace a defective specs that they had sold me. Every time, I take my specs to be repaired, they just tinker with it and hand it to me in a condition that does not conform to the quality promised by them. They are refusing to replace the specs, even though they had promised they would do so, before the purchase. They don't fulfill their warranty promises and aggressively dispute when there are repairs after purchase.
