Also a wide array of glasses for selection. Moreover, the staff advice you on the spectacles that suits your face. Real value for money. Truly a role model showroom. Decent place; very good to buy maintenance supplies for your eyeglasses. Has a low variety of selections. Well maintained place, though service is a hit and miss, with better chances if you are a frequent customer.

Been a customer of L&M for more than 20 years and the overall service level and quality of their product has gone down drastically. My entire family is using their service but it is a time to look for an relaiable alternative vendor. My last experince with them was really horrible they given a very costly galss and it is not simply correct and simplpy ignored for any queries at the beginining. After so much followup they asked me to adjust my angle of watching and tampered the costly silhouette frame alignment and made it ugly looking. Now the other issue started the coating started peeling off from the glass. Google please introduce negative marking I would like to give -5 for their service. They gone down to -5 from plus 5. So anyone planning to use their service please rethink.

Even with all the new entrants into this retail field, nothing comes close ever to L&M. I have used their eyewear for 6+ years twice without having to go in for a repair whatsoever. Recently have gone to the new retail chains (LK) and the quality is minuscule compared to L&M

It offers eye testing for people who need specs. Staff were good and cooperative. But this outlet has got less number of options compared to the main outlets when it comes to number of spectacles or design. Though quality of specs is very good cost is bit high compared to competative specs makers.
