Amazing Location. Well Maintained Property. Decent Rooms. The breakfast comes from another restaurant below the hotel so will not suggest you to take breakfast. Service is very slow and to get basic needs you need to call 10 times.

Really good budget friendly rooms for bystanders or visitors in AJ Hospital.
Front desk employees are polite and friendly.

Bar is there on the first floor. No parking space. We have to park vehicles under flyover.

I stayed there several times. Most of the time water problem. Electric fittings n plumbing were out of order.

Manager is very rude. If u complain, he says to go to other place if we r not satisfied with the service.

We stayed with family and reserved two rooms and rooms are Standard deluxe rooms are excellently maintained and very well kept, and the staff tries very hard to meet all of our wants and expectations. I want to specifically thank Mr. Ajith and Mr. Pradeep for all of their assistance in helping us explore Mangalore, and I recommend staying at this hotel because it is conveniently located near several well-known attractions including restaurants and temples and is only a few kilometres away.

We had a wonderful time at Laxman Residency in Mangaluru. The staff was very friendly, cooperative, helpful and available all the time. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and neat, with all the amenities we needed. The location was also convenient to our visit location. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Mangaluru.

Laxman residency is located centrally. However, being near a major road junction, traffic noise is high.
The heavy vehicle noise at night was disturbing for light sleeper like me.
The staff are very helpful
The rooms are clean and good with very effective ac and running hot water.
The restaurant is open only for late breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In between timings, it is closed.
There is a Dmart and good vegetarian restaurant avaliable within 2-3 walk.
Auto rickshaws are easily available.
Most of the tourist places, temples and kalyana mantaps are easily accessible.

I recently stayed at the laxman residency and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The room clean, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was comfortable and the view from the window was of national highway. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the city's main attractions. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the laxman residency to anyone visiting mangalore.

Food is very good so also their services. All staffs are courteous. Lot of bad smell in the rooms. In the basement there is a Bar and restaurant.

Bed linen / sheets and bath towels provided to us were okay. In the room upholstery needs maintenance. If your room is adjacent to NH, the traffic noise is very disturbing.

But overall it's a value for money hotel, for budget customers.

Excellent property, well maintained. Staff is also very courteous. The food was amazing. Located just near to mangalore city bus stop and beach is just 6 km away. Kids friendly too. Loved our stay

I have stayed one night at the hotel with my family. Had taken two rooms. Rooms are in standard size but cots are not. In two double occupancy rooms which we had booked, they had given us one room with a double cot but single mattress and in another room two single cots with single mattresses put together to look like a double bed. This is not at all acceptable.
Food is very good so also their services. All staffs are courteous. Lot of bad smell in the rooms. On the basement there is a Bar and people are smoking there due to which when we open the window lot of smoke comes to the room.

Bed linen / sheets and bath towels provided to us were torn. In the room upholstery need proper cleaning, window curtains are not good either torn or damaged. Lot of insects inside the rooms and life become difficult during night. Not worth it for what we pay.

The place is good and awesome. The care taker had cleaned the rooms, (cockroachs?) because of which repellent was sprayed. People with family can visit but due to bar in the ground floor, the lift has bad alcohol odour which annoys very much.

Room was ok. Bathroom and bed was good. Hot water was available 24/7. But hotel smells cigarettes every time. Also early morning bathrooms had smoking smell thru the ventilation I believe. Also lobby area had a bar and smells beer/cigars everytime. Breakfast served was not hot at all. AC filters were pretty old and bad. I recommend a better place to stay if you are looking for a smoke free hotel/room.

Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and have an extremely comfortable bed.

The building is next to a road so some sound comes from the street but not too much.

There is a seperate parking, secured, opposite the hotel.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast was good.

I came here after reading reviews, seems that all reviews are planted by owner. A worst hotel, hell lot of mosquitoes. Whole room filled with cockroaches. We kept our luggage on plastic chair with zip on, so that we should not carry cockroaches along with our luggage to our home.

Even bath room handle got broken, not able to close it. The bedsheet torn off. Found cockroache in the given towel. Pics attached, please go through.

Two single bed was combined for a double bed, it was uncomfortable while sleeping

Bad management. Rude manager. Avoid the place if you want to have a relaxed stay without someone shouting behind you. Manager doesn’t stick to his words. There was no water bottles provided and if you buy water bottles, you had to pay double the price. Bathroom had cockroaches.
