Mall is good with multiple commercial shops functioning. Only issue found is with parking slot. People play like local goons so be cautious.

Construction is not completed and they had started take vehicle parking charges here, disadvantage of the mall

Only very few started functioning here. Sapna Book store is a good one and off course PVR. The entire construction of the building is still going on, that’s for years and that gives the customers not a pretty experience in terms of dust, construction waste in the parking lot, parking area is still not constructed it’s a temporary arrangement there, where rain water will seep in.
Once it’s finished, it will become the best in Hubli, hopefully.

Accept for sapna book store&pvr nothing much to talk about, sapna is a must visit if you are book lover&pvr a great place if you wanna watch movie

The way to parking is an off-road thriller.
Anyone interested in off-roading, do visit this place.
But PVR and all is good.

The mall is very well ventilated, and the washrooms are good. It has a all kinds of stores that are very well built and they have all kinds of products

I went pvr cinemasl. Pvr maintaince is not good. Staff also not friendly. Even they take single pizza order more than half-hour and said no change and finally they not given 10 Rs change also. Not satisfy

Enough parking space but parking is charged. Could have reimburesd based on some minimum bill value

Small mall you won't find any good stuff but only for PVR we have to go there but they have a good parking space

A Hub For Spending Quality Time! From Buying Books to Watching Movies! Parking is good, Shopping is also suggested here. Sapna Book House is the major beauty of this mall. Wait for another big one to join this mall. Due to construction parking space has been changed but yes definitely a go place in the market area.

Nice place for shopping. Ground floor and First floor for shopping, PVR in third floor.well mentioned mall.near to railway station and buss top.

It's nice, it have Swapna book house, PVR, some showrooms. Now they r extending the mall. Really it very nice.it is the place to visit in Hubli city.

Good for watching movie as we have pvr there where tickets as well as pizza is very economical. Not that good for shopping

One of the biggest Mall in Hubli right now I feel, PVR multiplexs and one of the largest Swapna Book house, foodcourt, other stores, and parking is available.

Watched F&F Hobbs and Shaw movie here, the 3D glasses provided were literally smeared and not clean, couldn't watch the movie with such poor unhygienic, blurry 3D glasses.
Very disappointed.

I was gone thier for to watch the movie called ENDGAME and it was worth it greatmultiplex experience

Great place for shopping n movies at pvr n one of the best book house called " Sapna book house " on the ground floor

Food is Expensive and also items available in mall but we'll cleaness maintain also take parking charges

If u love books and movies this is the place to be. It has the Sapna book house (it's the best) and PVR cinema hall.

Best experience, sapna book mall is awesome, PVR is best place to watch movies in hubli-dharwad, & kanva mart is best place to purchase garments.

A decent option for books, clothes, food n fun in one place that too in main shopping area of the city.
Sapna book store needs no intro n is one of the main attractions of the mall.
PVR here is very well maintained
Kanva Mart, Mumbai store are the options in the mall n are ok kind of clothing and accessories store.
The Mall has come up with new parking space for the two n four wheelers which is well managed.so overall a nice option in a place like Hubballi
