I have been attempting to connect with them for the past week, but they have not answered my calls.

In this showroom didn't give a proper response and after 4th sarvice i got engine problem before 1 months ago still bike is not required. Very bad experience.

They charge huge prices for spare parts and labour. They don’t fix the problem and expects the money for no reason. I am fed up with these services now. I was looking for few services online for my bike then I found many companies who were offering services but the prices were high as well and it now create a problem with trust factor.

We did 1 month follow up to get proper solution. Still they not resolved.

After that our local garage person did. Now I’m doing service in local only

Horrible customer service, did registration of bike after 1 month, just giving excuses for everything and not ready to compensate for grievances.

Un-Professional, This specific showroom, did not do the work they were paid to do. They delayed the licence plate by 20 Days claiming they were sick or had server issues. They were not ready to compensate in any way for it. Their store manager I suppose would not support or intervene to mitigate the issue. Worst dealership.

Considering service as satisfactory but provide a excellent service in stealing away the petrol on the vehicle.thy are bunch of thieves in the mechan bay

Local garage is better than this showroom

One of the worst dealerships in Bangalore. Executives can't even explain properly and they are rude to their customers. I asked then to explain about Yamaha aerox 155. The executive was like to scan the QR code and see what are the features available over.
Pathetic sales executives not even botherd to talk to the customer.

WORST SERVICE STATION.
Gave my bike for service and within 3 weeks bike didn't run.
Called for service took a about a week to even respond to the request.
Then took a week to fix a MINOR wiring issue.
Then after like 3 days bike stopped with the same issue.
Plz don't buy Yamaha.or don't get it into this service station.
Staff including the security has a lot of attitude and poor customer care.

Worst experience on delivery. Employee keeps promising random dates but never deliver the bike. When questioned just says, "You waited this much, so wait a little more".

They will simply make you wait, too many charges, but still service is bad,
I recently serviced my FZ25, after service I got engine FI symbol, again I took the bike they told the FI check system is not working in, later I took the bike 3 times to get it resolved, and pay every time,

Don’t go here for service.

Recently bought R15 v3 and all the procedures were easy and fast. Great customer support and shout out to Suresh Reddy sir for helping me out!

It was an absolute fantastic experience with laxmi international motors and Mr.suresh was very helpful in explaining the features and everything from basic details to the most complex vehicle details and all and i had fantastic experience in yamaha

And disconnecting the calls after making to wait a long time

Last month I gave to my FZV3, before facing Front disk break issue, spent 2300 Rs still facing same issue, service not done properly, before service also feel same.

My first impression speaking to the contact person was so dull and was waste of my time. He would raise his voice and disregard my choice and give what is available in the showroom. Pathetic!

Nice experience here, Suresh Babu the sales manager is very friendly and interactive. I bought FZS bike and they given all fullfuilment.

Worst customericing no proper response and when u go for service they wont respond well specially no Attender there is only 1 attender who wont respond well. Do respond well

Didn't get satisfactory regular service even after charging too much. I was charged 1700 for a regular service with no complaints of bike, now I have problems after servicing. Moreover no proper response from employees too.

Service provided by Mr. Mahesh is very good. Very prompt, quick and courteous service.
Vehicle was delivered as promised.

Last week I purchased Street Rally. Mr. Suresh Reddy was highly cooperative and closed the purchase smoothly. Overall good experience.

Very polite executives but need to confirm accessories before paying amount since they will not give any accessories including helmet as well.

No response from them. Too much delay and they charge lot if anything happens from our end. I took my scooty just two days back wire got cutted due to rats they took 700 and told they will take 2000 if anything happens again being in warranty period.

VERY WORST SERVICE EXPERINCE.

Even after repeated instructions, problem regarding my bike is still not resolved.

I have given the bike for continuous three times but still problem not been resolved, simply they are busy in selling bikes.

My almost one month getting wasted because of these service people.

My experience @ yamaha was really very awesome specialy staff Mr. Mahesh from yamaha and Mr. Rajendra from jana small finance, really satisfying.

Service is very bad, not even wash properly and more then parts charge they ll put service charges for everything they put extra charges, waste giving here better outside only

The sales person had no clue about the price hike.had he informed me earlier i would hv got it the prev month.promised me few accessories and 3 litres of petrol. Not even 1 litre of petrol was filled. Not even a keychain was given.juz the hnd grip (may be worth 50rs) was given. The number plate they provided has their show room name and ph #. Are our bikes free advertising boards for them? Very disappointed.

Worst place for Yamaha Service. Dont ever think of giving service at this place. They damage the vehicle and dont even put on the screw. They take even lots of time to replace a single part. I say dont attend this place unless you wanna damage ur vehicle.

Very worst, when I gave my vehicle for first service they damaged the paint and stickers. After following multiple times they repainted and promised me new sticker within a week still no update it's almost 1month. They promised me new back support guard within 15days which was not repainted properly but still staff didn't bothered to follow up. Made a mistake by going here.

Sale is good. Service is not trust worthy. If you don't have proper knowledge. You will be cheated. Take the estimate before giving it for service. If the bill's are unusual please take a second openion from a different service center.

I have purchased a bike on Jan 4th, with 0 payment balance, paid all the taxes, RTO fee.etc. Management has given a commitment of max 45 working days for issuing RC card, now it's been more than 100 days, still I didn't received my RC card.every time when follow a simple reason they will reply " My RTO person is on leave, next week100% will get it done. " I think it's not a good practice being in this competitive world.

Great response and detailed explanation from the sales team at the showroom for the FZS. Just parking might be a challenge near the showroom if you visit by car.

Recently gave my Ray ZR for service. Though the scooter was given in the afternoon, they called that same day evening notifying me that it was ready. The service is great. They have done a superb job of listening and understanding what the customer needs

Very courteous staff, @ Suresh Reddy, @shakthi, had given my bike for service here, delivered on time, Happy with the job done.

Did my vehicle spare part replacement. People are quite good in attending. Especially Hamsa, best in handling the entire warehouse being a single lady was fascinating

It was an okay experience. We went to buy the spare parts for yamaha fazer bike.the filter for it.the mrp was 225 and we paid exact mrp. The spare part is available at 3rd floor. And the billing was done at ground floor. Their staff behaviors was not that proper. We enquired about the pricing of raZr scooty but no one paid much heed. Would not recommend this yamaha shop for buying.but the latest r15 looked damn awesome.

The showroom is little compact, so when you enter you get a feeling like they are running out of space. Don't expect a good welcome and instant attention when you enter as the staff remain busy in their work, which is their negative point. The person who explained technical details about vehicle was knowledgeable though.
