Nice ambience. Can spend 3 hours or more. Theres no service on the first floor on Tuesday. But they provide the service only for us on request. Nice staff. Delicious food.second time visit and good experience. Thank you.

Unlimited barbeque advertisement is fake kindly don't visit this restaurant and the quality of the food is very cheap. I kindly request don't visit this restaurant watching Instagram reels it's totally fake!

It's a big resturant but they don't accept card for payment and also denied to accept zomato payment.
Make sure you only come if you use upi or having cash else you have to was dishes here. Very unsatisfied with their management and service

Good food, great interiors.
The interiors are splendid, and the ambience is good. We went at 12: 50pm, so it was empty and we got the ordered items in 10min
Manchow veg soup: Hot mild spicy soup, salt was less but i liked it. Good quantity
Starters:
Alfaham- Not bad, 4 pieces in half plate, felt a bit dry than usual. Not the best.served with kaboos and mayo.
Irani chicken kabab- nice starter with mild spices served with mint chutney.
Crispy chicken - crunchy chicken strips dipped in a Manchurian honey masala. Tasted great, best starter
Main course
Butter naan with chicken maharaja- naan felt a bit rubbery, but good taste. The gravy was excellent, slightly tasted like butter chicken with less sweet and more spice. Very expensive though. It was suggested by the waiter there
Hyderabadi chicken biryani - This was amazing, taste similar to Meghana biryani but with bone chicken pieces and correct amount of masala. At 190 per plate, it is totally worth it.
Desserts
Choco dad- served in a glass tumbler, choco ice cream on top of strawberry icecream with crunchy caramel and tooti frooti, great taste
Ice cream with brownie sizzler- Brownie was okay and chocolate syrup vanilla ice-cream combo was fine

Service was fast initially as no one was there but slowed down after people started coming in. We finished our entire meal in less than an hour but the sizzler took 30+ min to come. The bengalli waiter gave us great suggestions and the other servers did a great job. Parking is a hassle so we parked in an adjacent cross road.

Restrooms are clean enough.
Overall a good stop for some quality family dining

Fantastic experience. All food were very tasty. We tried Buffett system which cost 349 per person wherein you can try from variety of dish items and presentation is just awesome

Food is decent. But new staff are very rude and always in fight mode. This attitude needs to change for good. Not customer oriented

I was a huge fan of the veg biryani here. Not anymore. We waited for an hour to get the order delivered and they didn't send the raita and gravy. Plus the biryani was too too spicy. Paneer chilli dry was soooo bad. Too oily and tasteless. Very disappointed.

A month ago, I had ordered egg chilli and was delivered chicken chilli. Really hope they are more careful and responsible with their orders.

This restaurant lost its earlIer taste, concern about Hygiene. Vegetable, meat wash not utilizing, sterilization of eating place not maintained properly. It's a bug concern

Yum food once upon a time.not anymore.one of the worst dining experience we had.we were pushed into ordering 'crispy fried chicken' and 'crispy fried paneer' which was anything but 'crispy and more like a Manchurian.sad Hyderabadi biryani.the only thiNg worth mentioning is the NE staff who are always known for their hospitality skills

Situated opposite to Shankar mutt park and easily available from main road. It is one of the nicest places to hangout in and around basaveshwaranagar. The food is absolutely flavoursome. Paradise for non vegetarian lovers. Ambience is also pretty good. Best for family hangouts. I ywould totally suggest this place for swigging too.

The ambience and food is very good and for good reason cause it is a bit on the expensive side, at least for me. But, my first impression of the restaurant was average since they took about 30 minutes to serve between each part of a 5 course meal. There was a point when I didn't feel like having the next part of the meal because of the extensive time to serve.

Love the Shawarma and mutton biryani. I recommend that you try the ice creams here. My personal favourite is chocolate dad. Nice ambience. Location- It’s opposite shankarmutt park and easy to locate. Quick service and polite staff. For take away they have token system which works efficiently. Priced according to ambience. Not over crowded. Good place to come with family and friends.

The most pathetic service I ever had. The food is decent. Inspire of giving this feedback multiple times, they still have the worst service.

Real sad experience. Ordered 2 cup tea and took ages for them to get the tea at my table. Luckily I did not order any typical dish they would have taken a day only for getting the dish ready. They took literally 25 mins for a simple tea. I would not recommend such an incompetent restaurant to anybody. This was the first and last visit of mine.
