Its been more than 3 weeks since I placed two orders but not yetr received the documents. They send automated mail for confirmation. Ive replied to that also twice. But no reply. There number also does not go through.

After this review I received a prompt email reply from them and next day documents were delivered, but not with the edit I had requested for.
It would be so much hassle if they had a proper customer care number in place.

Don't hire their service, very pathetic and unprofessional, I had given them for name change in March 2023 and now it is Sept 2023, and they gave vague answers and asked me to follow up and what's for they taken my money, is this a service they call - i pay money and I follow up for relief.

This was the second time I availed the name change package from the Legal Desk. Unfortunately the first time my name was not in the central gazette due to negligence on the part of the Department of Publications, Delhi.

However, this time my name got published. Prajna Manjunath Devadiga was very helpful throughout the process and did an excellent job.

I would highly recommend Legal Desk for their professional service. No need to consider any other third party or broker.

Absolutely worst customer service. They scammed me of my money and did not deliver the document as promised. When I called to speak to the manager, they said they don't have a manager onsite

Bunch of crooks. They will click bait you promising start to finish legal document drafting but what you get in return is a half baked pdf which they will ask to edit and draft yourself. Save yourself some money by using Google docs and a free PDF converter. You can use a e-signature service to share and sign the documents. It’s a lot more hassle free than using their worthless so called premium paid service because ultimately they want you to do all the legwork yourself. Their rude customer service (or lack thereof), and the audacity with which they respond will make you seethe with anger.

Not worth for the money. I have taken their Name change package and overall process took 2.5 months. Most of the things including affidavit we have to do it ourselves. There was also huge delay in getting the original newspaper hard copy! This was my first experience with legaldesk and it was an unpleasant one

Name change:
I wanted to get my surname added to my name, After getting the affidavit, there was no clarity on what the next steps were. Upon contacting, I got to know that I had to get a signature and seal of a first class magistrate myself. This will cost you an additional whopping 3000/- EXTRA.

The whole point of getting this done through legaldesk was because I was expecting a seamless experience. However now i need to roam around looking for a lawyer. If this was known beforehand, I would have got the entire process as well from an external lawyer.

Very bad experience with Prajna, please never go with legal desk in Bangalore, have been struggling to a get news paper from last 45 days, they don't provide notary services, we will have find an other person to sign notary and pay some money or few notary persons will say this format not right. They do cd format that won't recognise in other machine, all sort of issues when I sign up with Nam change package.later I approached an another advocate person to sign notary they are charging lesser then legal desk for full package for name change in Jayanagar 4th block.

I've had the strangest experience with this company
They say they will support but eventually you will end up having follow up a hundred times on your query. Not to mention that eventually you will.be ghosted.

I came back to this place after a previous positive experience. However, the service levels have dropped abysmally.

They don't provide clarity on services and cost. I wanted a full name change package. Instead i found the affidavit service alone being positioned. Without notarization as well. Which is useless.

Eventually when I did ask for a package, i was replied to only after a long wait, and told that my emails have gone into spam folder.

Surprisingly, post that also they didn't seem keen on providing the service.

I expected something hassle-free but was left with a huge delay, and (since i actually was helping someone else on this) a bad reputation.

Not very trustworthy. Not prompt in addressing issues. Not at all customer oriented.

Prompt service. The legal document was printed on stamp paper and sent to me promptly by the date promised.

Used it for rental agreement. The cost is 2x compared to some local vendors. But very professional, all online.

Very poor customer service. Rude and impatient. They are not equipped to deal with name change regarding different surnames in legal documents. Don’t bother with these people.

I tried making a WILL trough their service and using the icons in their product tried created the will. You can see the final document only after paying Rs. 4000. What you get is a poorly formatted document that will miss most of the details that you would have input. The support desk provides standard cut and paste replies without even reading the issue faced. Not sure how other service providers perform, but I can confirm that what I got was a poor quality output.

They printed the agreement on a stamp paper more than 6 months old. There are a lot of ambiguities on the validity of a stamp paper. When i paid for a service for the amount you demanded you should always provide services which is 100% compliant. They didn't even reply to my email.

Their service is quite fast and professional. I opted for name change package service. Soumya really helped me with each and every detail and cleared all my doubts without any hesitation. They even notified me about the gazette publication. I will definitely recommend their service to anyone who wants to go for name change or correction. ️

Really poor work output.they should clearly advertise what service they provide. The minimal effort of work done in drafting a basic document is clearly not the money. Would not recommend.

Not worth for money. A venila milk shake costs 100 but not worth of giving that much.sugar was added to it where as I have never seen a milk shake which has sugarand that too not dissolved. I have tried each and every dish made there. But not satisfied with the taste.even though u get lot of hotels wer u get delicious food in tiptur u can't say that there's no option other than this.

I booked my order to get Power of Attorny Order Id#887888. I was told the delivery date will be 26th. I requested to make it bit early or atlesat ONTIME.because of my urgency. I called 4-5 times sent various messages. I was told that Devi will contact me in just few mins.this happened 2-3 times. But I didnt get a call. When I called office and call was transferred to Devi she listen to me and without saying transfer my call to soomeone random.where I had to repeat my case again. Since 3 days I am trying to reach out but no answer again. Any of my emails/portal messages are unanswered. Please arrange to REFUND my money I DO NOT want to deal with you guys anymore.
