Lemon Tree Hotel, Whitefield, Bangalore

Relocated here during my internship for company stay. Had a good experience, the facilities, staff and food all were very nice.

It's just like a home.a small restaurant is running by a family inside their home itself. Taste at it's peak. & worth. I have tried Porotta, Appam & Irachi curry.wow.if you're searching for a Kerala homely food, just go and explore.highly recommended.

Room is nice, but Bathroom isnt spacious. Food is average. Didnt meet the expectation considering its 4 star ratings

Great place wish there was lift access to go down to parking. It's extremely difficult for specially enabled persons to reach the parking

One of my favourite hotels in Bangalore.it’s really very close to my office.the hospitality of Lemon tree is really good.it feels very homely and safe.breakfast is also nice

Cons:
Vert badly maintained, towels in the room were dirty, the common toilet was dirty, the coffee cups both in the room and the dining were all dirty, the staff seemed uninterested and had to be called everytime, even to clean the table while eating. The room was very dirty and there was a lot of dust. Buffet had limited options. Morning breakfast was average. For the price you pay, its unfortunate to have such a poor maintenance. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.
Pros:
The hotel looks nice and attractive. Well planned architecture.

Location good. Accessible to important destinations. Staff behaviour polite. Food is Allright. Rooms are small but clean

Lemon Tree in Whitefield is spacious and great for a quick overnight stay. Plenty of parking for cars. Breakfast was good, dinner was quite a let down.

The front desk staff, Mr Piyush and Mr Akshay need to learn how to behave with the customers. Very terrible service. Please stay away. The management needs to take serious note of these two individuals that are ruining their business.

Comfortable staying in this hotel but great thought processes of saving of water and saving our Globe.

However service i must say wasn't at par and in some areas it was really bad
I stayed here for a week and can give few points

Good point
1) Staffs and receptionist would behave nicely and hear out your issues
2) Room size is decent and on cleanliness inside the room can rate 4/5
3) Canteen and gym are decent to get served into
4) price lowest among the competitors

Negative points
1) Not meeting expectations- Many of the service as mentioned in the website found to be unserviced. For eg it says tea & coffee maker would be provided but wasnt provided, iron was missing, toiletries were very low compared to other competitors

2) Security-This was the biggest concern- I found two days my door to not be completely locked on return from work in eve and it was scary as anyone cud enter my room where ny belongings are there

3) Delayed service- Some of the service were delayed and have to rung more than twice to get the order. Also on one day they completely missed to clean the room

4) Carpets of doorway are dirty

Also my colleague also reported its servive as delayed compared to others.

I have cost limitations while booking henc has to book however given other options might evaluate the same eg-aloft

I had done day based booking.so ideally 9 am to 6 pm was my check in hours.
I had to wait for 45 minutes to get check in due to the delay also whatever food I had ordered from swiggy to the hotel.inspite of requesting by the staff to deliver it to the room they directly denied the service.
Service perse did not had a great experience.

Book an oyo instead of this hotel and save your money. Back in 2018 when I visited this hotel it was an excellent place to stay but now it is in a very pathetic state. Very very poor maintenance and not even a courtesy to take feedback from customer. I can keep complaining all day.

Nice interior with good ambience. Moatly a corporate hotel with decent food, not that great. Could have been better with menu and taste wise.

The check in and stay was very good. The room was clean and hygienic. The bathroom had only a shampoo and no soap or shower gel. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

I would give two stars only for the staff as they are always helpful and on their toes to help the guests always. I was really disappointed by the way the room was kept ready for us. Firstly I enter the bathroom there is litreally no amenities no soap, no comb, no nothing. There wasn't even a hair dryer or even a hand towel kept. This was so shocking for me, I always visit Lemon tree only but this time I was really shocked by this experience. The AC in the room wasn't good enough to cool the room at all, I did call the staff they checled the ac was working fine but to cool the room I had to turn on the Fan (shocking!). The room was also in need of a dire need of paint as there were patches on the wall. They really disappointed me this time and I doubt I'll atleast return to Lemon tree Whitefield again. Hopefully the other Lemon tree's in BLR have maintained their standards

A good family hotel with nice ambience, good rooms. Food is available though little bit costly. Near to Whitefield and IT hubs

Mixed experience.
Amenities was good.
Ambience, entrance and exit points are also good, smooth check in and check out.
In good location, good cab availability, metro station will be there too in next few months.

But room service and housekeeping they need to improve.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Whitefield, Bangalore, located in the heart of Bangalore's Whitefield - EPIP Zone, is in close proximity to Accenture, John F Welch Technology Centre (JFWTC), Hewlett Packard, I Gate, SAP Labs, Shell Technology Centre, Qualcomm and UL India. The hotel is only 18 minutes from Old Airport Road and 40 minutes from M. G. Road. The hotel is close to K. R. Puram station and ITPL.

I made a wrong booking out of confusion and inspite of being a non refundable booking, the hotel was quite generous and were helpful to get the refund. A special mention about Ms. Tanushree, the front office manager who was courteous and and accommodative throughout.

This speaks for everything about the hotel and staffs and their attitude towards customer satisfaction. Definitely a recommended choice!

Very nice place to visit and ambience available. Morning breakfast is really nice, but due to covid they have limited the items, as they could not guess the public that they would be coming there.

Wonderful location at a nearby technology park. Good view to see IT companies if you get room on the fifth floor.

6 of us college buddies decided to take the weekend off for the soul purpose of relaxing and forget work! We settled on @lemontree white field the images shown on @agoda.com was very different from the what it is, showed us images of bath tubs on the site, but no there was no tub, they’ve also charged for drinking water, 50 rupees plus taxes, not to forget they’ve charged us for basic necessities like dental kits and water! We had paid for dinner in advance, food was palletable but the service was very disappointing. When asked for a second plate of starters, we were denied saying, you get only one plate, doesn’t make sense when there are 6 people! The room temperature was very hot, in such a way that the temperature outside was better that the room! The hospitality was sad and disappointing and none of us have been victims of such bad hospitality!

Hotel ambience is good but the food is not so great. Since I switched off the ac as precaution but the fan in my room at low speed was planning music whole night.

Room service like hot water supply should be increased, TV was not working very old school type method. Food was very good.

Average. Food is not monotonous, menu changes everyday that's the best part in everyday cuisine. But need to mention Tikaram, the room service executive was wonderful human to talk with. His smiling face with his prompt responses to anything at anytime, that humble behaviour made our 15days stay homely. It seemed every stuff was doing their daily job, some were trainee, some senior closely monitoring them, watching if COVID rules are followed by everyone (which sometimes felt like we are home arrest in the buffet area) among all Mr. Tikaram was genuinely into hospitality business. Adding 2 more stars for his contributions, to make our stay comfortable.

Great Place! I was there for 3 days and the service was really nice. Helpful staff and clean rooms. 24*7 restaurant is available for catering to your midnight cravings. You can also order Pizza from dominos as well. Covid protocols are being followed here and overall it was nice experience.

Room are small that was my 1st reaction. Gym and swimming pool is available at the top floor. Food is okish type

Not satisfied with the services nor their amenities.
*They do not have staff to help with your luggages.
*Their FAUCET IS BAD! - (very high pressure it will hurt anyone using it!)
* Very very SLOW SERVICE in every aspect let it be bringing cutlery, glasses, food they are slow. *Very Slow.
* If you call them they will speak to you way fast and then hang up.
*The water which comes in bathroom tastes saline every morning when you gargle you would notice it
*Smoking is not allowed in the room, and they do not have a balcony attached to there room (if you want to smoke you need to go outside/to their smoking room).
*If you want to leave your room just to go down you need to take the card with you to operate the lift regardless of someone being in the room. (Its pathetic)
**I am not at all happy with the services provided in this hotel! I have travelled to many hotels and I know how services work. I won't choose this hotel again.

I loved the stay, ambience, food and everything, but morning when we went for breakfast we a group of friends saw story holders on the table while having breakfast most of the story holders have quotes and stories against women. Which I brought into manager’s consideration also I would request you guys change it coz we got offended.and thank you

Not bad but has few complaints like salt water for bath and for hot water there is timings. Bad smell in washroom while showering. Overall average experience.

Very disappointed with the service and food. I never expected this from Lemon tree being a good brand. I have been to other Lemon tree hotels in the past but never faced such bad hospitality.

Our stay here was quite good. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a good spread and quality food. It is what a good business hotel be like.
The staff was very courteous and helpful, both in the restaurant and front desk.

Great hotel for stay and food if you are strictly on a business tour and have work nearby. In 3 km radius it's only IT companies and no good restaurants or recreational places

Good dining place. Well managed and maintained. Staff is polite and takes care of the needs very well. Washrooms are clean and tidy.

Nice property. Decent rooms, service, and food. All very functional and no-frills with basic asthetics. Reasonable room charges. Located in the busy Whitefields area. Offers free pick up and drop to the office within a certain distance which is a huge relief in Bangalore traffic.

I heard a lot about lemon tree but when i visited i didn't like the fiod ao much bit yes for staying purpose it is good and you will find good view feom there but food items are less

Hotel is okayish. Some negatives include extra charge for bedsheet if they are stained and you may end up paying almost 50% cost of room charge. Breakfast though fair in quantity is doubtful in quality as you can see flies having a merry time over buffet food. Some staff are good but overall needs an upliftment in standard. Consider alternatives

The welcoming, place and ambience are extraordinary. The pasta was a little undercooked. Rest, it was a nice evening.

This was my third or fourth visit to Lemon Tree Hotel and first at Bangalore. The hotel is very clean, excellent ambiance, clean rooms and the famous one liners. As per the brand, found very friendly and courteous polite staff here too. Staff did take good care of us as well the Chefs who served us customized food. Icing on the cake was they upgraded our room. Kudos to the entire staff.

Good food and good location. I loved room service, breakfast options and decent meeting rooms. Located in the busy Whitefield hub, walking distance from most needs, it provides the apt location and calm life we need after a busy day.

I was traveling from the USA, and stayed for 5 nights.

The Lemmon Tree hotel was reasonably comfortable & clean, and the service was attentive.

The electrical outlets in the room were a bit loose. My USA electrical plugs worked fine while I held them in place, but would not stay in and connected once I took my hand away. Fortunately, the hotel was able to let me borrow an adapter that helped.

I was on the 5th floor, and the water pressure for the shower was great. Though, the toilet sometimes needed help to fully evacuate the bowl. Fortunately, the nearby spray hose helped for that.

I visited in early December and the room HVAC controls and overhead fan were able to keep the room comfortable.

I did a lot of work in the room in the evenings (during the USA workday). I found the free wifi to be a bit slow.

The hotel offered a buffet lunch. I and the team I was visiting had a team lunch there. With guidance to the few vegan options, it was very good.

Out of precaution, I avoided tap water and ice, and stuck to bottled water. Fortunately, the hotel provided 2 large bottles each day, and more when requested.

One night, water started dripping from a ceiling light fixture. It turned out to be a leak from a drain from a room above. It was the wee hours of the morning when I called the front desk to report this, and a maintenance team was at my door in less than 5 mins. They diagnosed and solved the problem within 30 mins, but did a poor job of cleaning up afterward. There were dirty wet shoe prints in the shower and hall, and they left the soaked towel that I had put on the floor under the leak.

Had a dinner buffet at the restaurant with a bunch of friends. The buffet had a pretty decent spread and the staff was quite courteous. The restaurant is nice, well lit and quite open. They do have outdoor seating as well but no liquor served outdoors. Good value for money.

Rooms and the hotel services are really good also you get a excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. But be careful to negotiate well at the front desk or while booking for getting good rates. Also check your bill at the time of check out they are adding unwanted service charges and trying to loot money, it is already been clear that we pay gst+room rent and service charge are replaced by GST in india, so once you intimate them they reduce that amount or else if you don't bother they simply charge you. Except front desk service rest all are good at the hotel. 3 stars because of front desk service.

The food and staff services were pathetic. Each and every item In the menu was served cold. The staff was not at all bothered. Being a well known chain of hotels they should improve themselves. Do waste your money on the food here.

Best hotel, fresh, kind staff, good breakfast and food. Fish item are great. Was there for corporate event.

Space kept neet, buffet refill was not prompt. They had not made sufficient arrangements even though was informed ahead of time and booked.
