It's nit up to mark. I felt it's 2 star hotel.may be the hotel don't provide proper information. And I had a bad experience about my booking. Food was not upto thr standards

Stay was good but not great. House keeping well done. Front office good. Food as in breakfast and dinner was mediocre.
There were insects in the washroom. Sanitization demanded. The kettle was leaking today. Yesterday was fine. Cold coffee enjoyed.
The dinner had one veg and a non veg starter. Onions in salad were poor quality. Vegetables curries were same masala and only ingredients different. Service was good.
We left for early flight and the packed breakfast was minus the bag to carry the same. Kindly look into it please.

Dinner was ok. Does not match the price. Was a bit too salty.
No pool access cos of covid restrictions. Fitness center is open. No visitors allowed. Hot water only on select times and on request on other times. Water spout in the toilet is on the left side.sort off uncomfortable to use and wrongly placed.

Just an average place, not worth for the money.

I planned for 2 days and checked out after day 1!

And for day 2, checked in to ITC JP Celestial, which was way better!

Staff could be more friendly, making a guest waiting even after his check-in time is the worst part of hospitality. While taking an room service order the person has to confirm before delivering to the room, I expected a change of menu which surprised me and fuelled my angry but controlled. Smiling sorry will not change anything. Be careful while staying here as you may go through lot of surprises.

The architecture of the hotel is pleasing to the eyes but highly inefficient and the management is not at all up to the mark. I don't know what was more disappointing, the bathroom that was right in the face of the bed or that the check in time was 2 but still the room was not ready till 4. I have stayed at lemon tree in other city so booked this one hoping it'll be good but it was not. I don't recommend this place as it's not at all worthy of the price they are charging.

Poor service. I had called checking if early check in possible. 2 other hotels told me, it's possible in 2 hours, Lemon tree told me, you come in, we will try make something. Then when I arrived, they said like we said it's subject to availability it can take 5 mins to 4 hours; that is the level of uncertainty they want the guest to be in (5 mins to 4 hours)

The front-desk staff are quite rude. They need to be better trained to treat guests. Not like someone trying to steal their cake and run away. Won't be staying here again although the rooms are nice and the breakfast is nice (good South Indian food).

LOOK AT THE MENU. UPDATE IT, 130 ₹ FOR WATER BOTTLE YOU HAVE WRITTEN. ALTHOUGH IT WAS FREE. AND PRICES WERE SHOWN MUCH HIGHER IN THE MENU CARD, PLZ UPDATE IT.

Worst experience!
In the past 5 years I have been living off my suitcase literally, stayed in some beautiful hospitable properties around our nation and I have never ever faced such poor quality of hospitality, I understand this covid situation and hotels run short staffed however there is no excuse for denying food by simply saying it's not available I stayed here for 2 days and I was devastated to be honest, if your are going to stay here be ready to order in-room and not receive what u ordered for even of u tell them you want something because u are allergic to something they'll never listen to you and serve whatever and however they wish to. Depends on housekeeping and In-room dining team's mood I guess and unfortunately I faced their worst of moods I am guessing because I was mistreated the food was stale the very first day and I got food poisoning too and the food was always delivered extremely cold, no hot water in-room, leaking taps and no Air conditioning in room. I wanted to leave but i was stuck in this hell hole due to lockdown in Bangalore. Unfortunately I forgot a few of my belongings in my room and checked out, please be careful and don't repeat the mistake that I did here, forgetting your belongings mean losing them because when u call them to ask for it and check with lost&found department (i doubt if they have any L&F dept) they'll ignore you and tell u that they'll check & call back however they are least bothered and will never call u back and u must follow up atleast 4-5 times so that they can tell you that nothing was found in the room. I have seen local Dhabas with more dignified staff, serving the most tastiest food and providing the good hospitality experience than Lemon Tree, Ulsoor, Bangalore. & -5stars

This Lemon Tree Premier Hotel is situated near the famous Ulsoor lake in Central Bangalore. The placement of this hotel is quite advantageous and almost all of Bangalore and it's important places are just minutes of drive from here, subject to convoluted traffic issues plaguing Bangalore. The road around this hotel is presently dug up, making the trafiic here a nightmare. The rooms was clean and tidy but the same cannot be said of bathrooms, the Washbasin was clogged and drainage point had left over hair and stuff. The staff and officials were courteous and respectful. But there was limited items in breakfast. Definitely not amongst better Lemon Tree Hotels in India.

It takes forever for the service and have to remind on everything we want get.no proper amenities. Beside told of getting the sun shades for the car a day prior, They didn't do it. The cafe f& b service is is not worth the price. Over all I had a pathetic experience in this hotel

Customer service at its best. Rooms were pretty decent and their staff wes on point. The morning breakfast was the best part in this stay and service was at the best. I would also appreciate the fact that this place supports hiring differently-abled employees. I would strongly recommend other chains to come up with such things thoughtful ideas.

I was there for 1 day. Location is good, staff is good too. Their lemon ginger products are one of the best thing they had. You will get a full city view from you room.

This is a review of the bar and restaurant at Lemon Tree.
The best bar Bangalore. Don’t forget to taste there Belgian Wheat Beer, that is better than the beer you get in Belgium.
Also instead of going all the way to Germany for Oktoberfest, drive down to this pub the have better drinks and ambience.
One of the best in India. The brew is fantastic. First order samples and choose what suits your taste. Go for low alcohol beer that is less than 5% to get the best taste. You can take your entire family along with old parents to this place. Ladies can safely visit this place alone to enjoy a drink. Nobody will trouble you. Lonely hearts can also visit this place to pick up good company to enjoy the drink. The possibilities are endless. One never knows, you can get your life partner here, with whom you can grow old together, drinking the brew at the same table. There are many stories on how people found like minded beerloving partners. This is the best place in Bangalore to find your soulmate. The staff who serve you are prompt, polite and professional.

Now a review for the Spa.
It is superb. Very relaxing and therapeutic. The masseurs are highly professional and they know brilliant techniques to relax you and you will go into a deep slumber, 10 minutes into the therapy and would not awake till another 60 minutes, that too you would have to be woken up.

Very comfortable and well maintained. House keeping is doing a fantastic job in keeping the room spic and span

Now coming to the breakfast buffet, it can be said that this is one of the best breakfasts you can have in Bangalore. Fresh, healthy and tasty. Wide range of menu is laid out for you to choose from.

This is a very awesome place for tourists. The place is very peace and in the Bangalore climate it becomes awesome. One will find every facility here. There are a lots of hotels restaurants and every type of shops which provides great product and service s to their customers. I really like this place. I am very happy to visit a place like this. I suggest every person of world to visit this place at least once.

One of the best hotels in this part of Bangalore. You might find it little expensive but nice clean rooms and post dinner walk within the hotel building makes it worth the money you spend on your stay. Citrus cafe offers finger-licking food with very decent and professional staff. Reachable anytime from any part f the city and not so crowdy surroundings makes it a choice for travellers to put-up here.

The place is poorly maintained. Mattress, towels, bathroom fittings are very old and warn out. Not worth the money.

Good ambience. Horribly slow chefs. 1 simple vada idli order took over 20 minutes. Sambar had excessive onions. Staff were very polite and pleasant

Came to this place to visit guests staying here, so had some coffee and refreshments at the restaurant. Little expensive but very courteous staff.

Didn't like the place
Rooms are too small and not comfortable at all. Not anywhere close to a 4 star place. Food was good but expensive. Roof top pool is good. Average stay and not worth for money.

Nice rooms, clean, only issue is it's far from airport rest it's a good value for money.
Breakfast serves from 7 am and has nice south indian delicacies.

Best part is the location. Ideally located in the central area of the city which makes it easy for you to get around the city

Okay! The rooms were small and claustrophobic. It might suit people who are on business trips. I would not recommend for a family leisure stay. The food was quite expensive and not that great.
