Not even share proper job description
Too much careless response

Having trouble in replacement of my laptop.
Lenovo provide me defective piece.
Worst service.
I recommend everyone who will going to buy laptop of lenovo read once review thn buy.

It's good and prosperous company having most experienced staff in all the departments

They will simply call you for an interview and make you wait for hours.

Worst experiences with Lenovo premium support India
First of all
1. Their premium care support number, show invalid in 1st 3 to 5 call.
2. After wasting your time 1 to 2 hrs, they will cut your call without solving your issues and never call you back again, and if u call back they repeat the whole process from the starting and unable to solve ur issue and cut the call.
3. Don't go from the name of premium care, it is the worst. Never go for warranty extended

Lenovo parts are very expensive.
Parts come up with paper & plastic which hurts the environment.
High on Imports.
No customer interaction /initiative.
Chargers have poor quality.
