I am Lenskart Gold member for quite few years now & have been always purchasing my glasses from them, only online though. Recently my doctor prescribed progressive glasses for me so thought will visit offline store in Nagarbhavi.
The store is well organized with lot of options. The salesperson were courteous & kind enough to explain the best lenses/frames for me. Being a Gold member, i was entitled for Buy 1 Get 1 free offer. All good so far.
During the billing, I saw them add eye drops & lens cleaner liquid to which I objected. They said it's free of cost! The bill came to around ₹16,500/- & they said no hard copy available. I didn't think much, paid the amount & returned home.
After couple of hours, I decided to change the second glass type & to my surprise found that there is no option to modify the order, even though I have informed them only couple of hours after placing the order. I found this very inconvenient because a big brand like Lenskart should at least provide 24 hrs window for the customer to modify the order!
Now the 2nd part, I noticed in the online bill, there was charge for the lens drops & cleaner liquid (when they said it was free), also some insurance was added which took my bill amount from 15,500 to 16,500/-. The billing person did not tell or explain to me about all these add on charges or products. I felt cheated & decided to cancel my order. The customer support team were empathetic, understood my concern & helped to cancel the order. I obtained the full refund in 24 hours! Kudos to them!
So my offline store experience even though started well but left bitter taste towards the end.
My request to the store manager is to keep the billing transparent & not bundle products without the customers knowledge which will bring bad reputation to Lenskart Brand image. The second request is to Lenskart, to provide at least 24 hours window for order modification.
Hope these feedbacks are taken positively.

The store location in website is wrong. I wasted 45 mins searching for the store, later I asked someone and they told the location. Lenskart Please update the correct location.

They really provide a very very good service. I purchased my specs for lenskart and even made an insurance for the same specs. But due to some issue, my specs was broken. I immediately registered my claim for the same. Without any hesitation they registered my complaint and processed it very quickly. I was even having my registered mobile no.issue. But the executives were really cooperative. And the customer service is very impressive. Really had a very good experience with Lenskart.
I highly recommend those who are planning to purchase specs to visit here. These people have a huge collection of frames & a lot of brands to choose from, also there are many different brands for lenses to choose from with different specifications each!
Also I got computerised testing done here which was soo accurate for my eyes, which I was not happy getting tested anywhere else! Thank you Lenskart!

I had ordered one pair of lenses for my old glasses during lockdown and they took 2 months and later told not possible where I was left with no glasses for 2months.
I understood the situation and went there to check and they had not sent my old glasses for the replacement, it was left with them.
I had to buy a new one since i needed it badly
One of the glasses which I had bought at that time, had a problem. I think so the screw came of, they told this can’t be repaired and it needs to be replaced.
They told it’s not possible to replace and shared mail.
When I went to collect they say they’ve sent for replacement and it’ll happen within a week time.
It’s been more than a month time and they say warranty process.
Go hell with your policies and process!
I was okay to pay and buy now I’m very much frustrated with you guys!
Even today when I call after a month time, they’re rude to me and still no ETA resolution.
First of all I never asked for warranty or replacement! I told I was ready to pay. It’s difficult to stay without glasses!
Don’t go there! They don’t rely on words!

Very irresponsible people of this showroom. I ordered one specs on 8th December. Still they are not able to deliver it. When I contacted they have different excuses every time. If any one wants immediate or timely delivery never go to this shop.
Excellent customer care service (interacted with staff named Jithu) and aftersales was also good. But collections were bit less. Still a great deal. Recommended
I had given my spectacle for just a minor repair but repair was denied due to warranty and I got my spectacles back in broken condition. So that I buy the new frame, throwing the older one. Cheap business tricks
Whenever I am in need of new eyeglass I always visit this store. Everytime I found a good response. They give best quality product and maintain the genuineness. Good staff too.
My first experience at lenscart, eye power check was good. The lens frames limited good location courteous.lenscart takes orders online but the delivery system has to improve a lot otherwise good.good staffs.
Very disappointing.the staff are untrained they do not know or have information about the product.always the servers are down.so each and every information one has to wait. At the last stage of billing the product will be out of stock. Not much range available and old models lenses are available.
