We visited the lenskart shop in HSR layout this week (May 2023). I was really happy with our experience there. The young boys and girls are very enthusiastic and really take the effort to help you out- without interfering. They explained the available offers and were very professional yet polite and friendly. Extremely callous attitude of staff and bad service. I went to the store to get glasses for my Dad. Initially the staff asked us to choose the frame, when we chose it, a different staff came and tried to sell a different lens/frame. Staff looks disinterested, confused and extremely occupied.

Had very good experience in lenskart. In shop Optom Kanmani was very helpful which made me comfortable and also Very good service by her.

I had been to the store a couple of times and experienced good customer service over explaining products and suggestions provided. Everyone in the store was polite and conversed in a good manner. The sales person called Mr. Sufiyan Khan was really good in explaining products and spoke well, thanks and i will visit again.:)

Very irresponsible staff. They will promise 2-3 days delivery and deliver after 2 weeks. For everything you will have to visit store and get it done by standing on their heads. Ms. Kanmani will not pick calls or take any actions, every time she will buy more time and do nothing!
Even after 17 days, they cancelled my order stating out of stock issues.

I visited the store today with my dad and it was a very good experience. I think Mr. Samson was the person who attended us and he was very polite and very helpful in finding the good glasses for me.

We had recently visited the Hsr new store with entire family. The experience was really superb n we placed few orders for entire family. The service provided by Store Manager Mithun was simply superb. We spent 3 hrs at store but we got served till we walked out. Appreciate the patience.

Absolutely pathetic post sales service. The lack of any form of courtesy by the Store manager, Mr. Midhun to attend or address any query post a sale is a testimony in itself of the deplorable customer sales experience.
My wife and i, cancelled our order in less than 24 hours at the store itself.
While the store in itself is very promising, Its a pity that a new store in a prime location such as HSR has a store manager with extremely poor people skills.
