An osm place for any type of specs. All staffs are very co-operative. They helped me to repair my specs about which i thought its not gonna be okay anymore. Luckily i visited them and they fixed it. Such a great Service. I wanna say thanks to lenskart and the staffs of this store. Thanks a lot guys.

Optician was supportive and helped us to choose the right one.
But we found difficult in searching the sunglasses due to its limited ranges.

Today I visted the new bel road lenskart store, pathetic experience in the store waited more than 2 hours for exchange, in experience staff irresponsible staff worst experience
Staffs are, least bit bothered to solve the issue, no proper training given to the staff, staff giving wrong information inefficient staff in new bel road never again should vist the store

The store staff is helpful and explain u all the things to make u take a good decision about your frame selection and lens selection.

I had done my Eye testing here and the process was smooth and delightful. Especially Ms. Arbina Taj helped me go through it and she explained me what's wrong with my eye. Now i have better knowledge about my eye health.

The staff are so friendly, my sunglasses handle screw was lost, they fixed it without charging.

Fraudster outlet. They say frames are free but the free frames are third class. The free frames are widening and the fraud outlet says we have to come everytime. It appears frame charges are already included under lens charges. It is already three times the frame is widened in one month.avoid this outlet.or avoid lenskart. Am thinking of going to consumer court.

Next time I will choose different brand. (these lenskart cheaters say only "sorry" but don't compensate. Once the brand shut the shop and these guys come to footpath, then they will know the price of their "cheating".).

This guy who has written below should know that there will be no more interaction with lenskart.
