Ultimate service, suggested best fit frame for my looks, he is very experienced, eye testing was great too, very friendly and cooperative

The ciollection is good, the staff are good and took care from beginning to end of the transaction.

The measurement is not correct. The eye sight is not correct. It was very difficult to reach.

This is how I received my order with out any carry bag. & before this when i asked for spectacles cleaning cloth they gave me tge old one and said this is the one they have …
such a poor service.but they will force us to rate high stars for review…suggesting lenskart to appoint some quality and efficient workers who are ready to work not only to ask for 5stars rating

You people are not keep up the promises to deliver the product on schedule date. Being a senior citizen it is difficult to me to visit your shop one more time

I have made multiple trips to the store to purchase glasses for myself and my family. During my first visit, staff member Shashi Kala attended to my needs. She was exceptional at her job. I was given an eye exam and was advised on the best pair of glasses. She also ensured prompt delivery of the order.
The second time, I took my mother for an eye exam. During my third visit, Shashikala inquired about the health of my mother.
I was moved by her care and professionalism in making me, the client, feel at ease in the store.

The cost of the glasses is reasonable in comparison to other stores. Would wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone seeking a pleasant experience.

Visited the store on Sunday 7-11-2021 in the morning with my parents to get their eyes tested and buy glasses The staff told us to wait for 15 minutes
Even after waiting for more that 25 minutes did not attend to us. There was no one to talk to walking customers not show the glass. Very bad experience we had. Later walked into titan eye care and got them tested.
Definitely a better place compared to lenskart
I don't know about the other places but please don't visit the Banashankari shop

My son had broken my spectacles while in lockdown and I had gone to this lenskart branch. The person in charge (gentleman) there did his best and repaired my spectacles in the shortest time. Thanks to lenskart and the person in charge who helped me in this lockdown period. Great service and honesty was shown.

I got two pair of glasses for my son not even one month and glasses had a missing part. When I took it back the lady there says “whatever we give you have to keep it “. The attitude is the worst and so is the customer service there. I had to call the lens Kraft directly report to them and get it replaced but still these glasses does not fit my kid properly. Over all not a happy customer won’t be returning to this brand.

The experience that i had in Lenskart Banashankari is horrible, you go to a premium brand as john jacobs and vincent chase and when you get the frame after fixed with lenses you find the nose holder not fixed and aligned properly and the lenses are protruded outside of the frame and when u seek why such a shabby way of fixing the lenses you get an answer that its a double barrel frame and for progressive glasses you get such protrusion and which i had never heard or seen in my three decades of buying spectacles and getting a frame selection. Such a low tech answer and shabby way of handling the product delivery. So finally after heavy arguements forced them to take back the frames and refund the money. Never will i step into a lenskarshow room again

Quality of frame is very poor. They offering buy one get one free but both are very delicated within 3 month one the frames is damaged they took 15 days to say we can't repair and within 5 months another frame damaged that also they can't even do anything. Waste of spending 5k in lenskart.

I bought a pair of eye glasses here.customer friendly staff.and quality of the eye wear is good at lensekart.delivery was within 4 days.

Less collection and expensive compared other nearby shop. I visited many time buy one get one free offer on frames but lens costly. For my mom spectacles combined vision available and it’s price expensive and delivery will take approximately a week. Staff are supportive
