Staff is good and friendly. I often visit this store, staff guy named Yusuf is very friendly and eager to help. They have many options but would like to add one feedback, options for kids are not much, Kindly do add more frame options for kid's size.

Am just receiving the computer glasses from lenscart, that glasses are osm product but they are not given any bag to keep the spects

Normally am not a kind of guy who used to post reviews but here i couldn't hold myself up to share best customer service i received from a spectacle store at its level best. I have been a customer of lenskart since many years. But this year i had a situation where i have to repair the glasses not any before, so i called up lenskart CC & i was happy bcz they have opened a new branch near by radius which saved my lot of time, gas & away from crowd or else i have to travel to orion where i made the purchase. When i gave a visit there comes another surprising meet with my favorite gentleman Mr. Bineesh, they guy who chooses right product for me from his experience. I can debate with anyone that he's the best in his The store is sooo beautiful and following all the safety protocols. I was soo happy he rectified my issue within couple of minutes & we exchanged conversations. We're like friends from Orion Store. He is so humble n polite guy. Iam happy that he's in nearby stores.
