Worst service I just wait more than half-an hour to a buy contact lens solution. The person in store very bad when I get inside the store he is not even asking what I want, Even the store very free. Very very worst in service.

Yeah I had forgotten my lens case in my native and I went to lenskart bommanahalli they provided the cases as free. And they treat me as much….

This is the best store compared to other locations, I got eye check up done by Ashila, she is best I have ever seen, she does many different technique to find out correct power. Which i did not see in the eye hospital also.

The representatives were good. Especially when they were about to logout and I requested them to check my eye.
They did it even when it was late for them.

The executive at location was very polite and helpful. Delivery happened within time slot informed.

Worst service in this branch. The manager is very rude and whenever if we go for specs service they tell the service person is not available, power issues we could not provide service at this time. If they want to consider only people who buy new specs or people who give order of Rs 4500 as customers then please put this in your door tag line so that others old customers of lenskart will not visit this branch.

Worst service ever. When we wanted to try the frames the store incharge was very rude and he used few words as if we were stealing those frames. I will never recommend this place ever. U don't have to treat customers as kings but at least treat them as humans. Don't give respect customers based on there age or how rich they look. In the end you are not gonna give free service. Specksmakers is way better than this lenskart. I ended up buying in specksmakers

I have been to many Lenskart shops, however this is first time I am satisfied with Lenskart. The lady named Dona who attended me did the eye checkup in a very good way, She was able to do the eye power checkup exactly the same an eye consultant doctor does. She measured the power exactly and the specs set on my eyes perfectly. Thank you, really appreciate your help (specially Dona).

I went there today, for an eye check up and trial of frames
The optometrist (Daniel/dhanil, I'm not very clear what his name was) was very thorough and professional. He checked my eyes properly and also suggested on the type of frames that would suit the kind of lenses that I wanted. It was a great experience and I hope to come here again. Located on the Hosur Main Road - Garvebhavi Palya near Bommanahalli, this Lenskart store offers a decent collection of frames and contact lenses. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent service provided. Eye testing done in a very professional way by Ms. Dona (not sure about the name). They have got a variety of frames within the budget. I bought a pair of frames with power lens @ Rs. 1500. Build quality of the frame is good. The sales executives at the counter were pleasing. Highly recommended.
