Manager and staff of ananthnagar store are unprofessional and irresponsible. My order was late by 3 days and that too without providing any information about delay.

Worst Experience Try some other Shop Not Attending customers properly need to wait 15-20mins even though no proper response from Team.

Brought Glasses for 8k and found it was loose and alignment issue within a Week asked Team to Rectify or Replace warranty available But the Result…

Need to wear bend Glasses easy Technique right which even i can do that myself

Team is Not so Professional and Technical just to show Manpower and to attend customers keeping 4-5Persons

We went for service for my 2 power glasses and they did perfectly thankyou lenskart its for free service

As per the company add, I am eligible for a free lense cleaner. But store did not provided that. Even when I asked for the same, the store manager told me that he needs to spend his own money to provide the same.

Mariswamy did a great job for repair my spectacles in a very short time. Great people and very kind!

Worst eyewear store, there's no one to attend or help the customer. They just stand idle and not even have the courtesy to ask if customer need any help.
Even after asking for help they just try to ignore.

Terrible experience.went to buy powered sunglasses. The sunglasses are delivered with different shades for each eye. Placed an exchange order, the spec came again with different color shades for each eye. So returned and yet to get a refund. The store personnel don't have any idea about the refund process. Moreover, they say they will return the amount for insurance and on the website, it says non refundable. So most likely I will have a spec insurance of Rs 300 for the specs I won't have. Pathetic!

I can see in app lens delivered to store on 9th Jan, but the same was not informed to me ant i went to collect order directly to store but only 1 staff available

I had taken my niece for a regular checkup and the optometrist gave a prescription with a major change in power. We didn't feel it was right, so went to the next optometrist and got checked again.she asked us to continue with the same old prescription.

Haven't I decided to take a second opinion, it would have been a disaster. The new lenses could have put pressure in her eyes and caused other health issues.

Also, we figured out that ordering online is cheaper than ordering at the shop. And, there won't be any discount even when you have membership.

I have visited this place 2-3 times however no salesperson is available to help with the glasses. Sometimes I don’t understand the reason of such unprofessional behaviour.

In this branch employees don't know kannada language, how can a company run a shop, with out provideing language to our people in Karnataka, I think this branch should be situated in newyark.
Please consider my suggestion employees should learn kannada.

Nice platform to buy a spctacle. One day I went to service my old spectacle they provided me a free service that optometrist Sharona tested my eyes and she give me a good suggestion to buy a glass. I will suggest my all friends to that store.

Worst service and staff airflow specs broke and attitude of staff is worst and least bothered about customer service staff Sarala. Has very bad attitude towards Custer and argues without any base.

I liked the way the staff treated my kids, they have taken a great care especially the optimist and an employee called Anil

Lenskart has a very good collection of spectacles, for all ages.the store has a good ambience and friendly-helpful staff.

I have visited this store where I found that there is no proper explain about product and offers, once we ask only they are giving info or else not one come and explain you to select product, and there is flat 70% off sale and also flat 1000/-, flat 2500/- offer showing online, I have not seen this off before going to store and also not observed at store also, once I came back to my home checked online details for offers, finally I called store and asked him why there is no one explained about offer, store manager explained that we have published banners outside of the store and stock is very less & not good.

Better avoid to go this store they are not good enough to explain product and details of offers here, please go for other stores to get good support.
