I have been a customer at this store since 2017 and everytime dealing at the store is an awesome experience. Today I had been to the store along with my elderly father where the store rep shoba was really helpful and patient to deal with him and addressed all his queries. I recommend the for a seemless experience.

3rd class product and worst support. We have purchased power glass and it broke with in 3 months, lenskart replaced the product with new and again after 11 months it got damaged. We visited the stores and recommended to buy new one and the existing frame cannot be repaired

Worst experience ever, I had purchased a pair of glasses and it was not delivered in 4-5 working days and was refusing to ship the order due to distance at the end of the time. The person was asking to pay the shipment charges by the customer.

This was the first time I brought a specs. The staff assisted us by resolving various queries and clearly explaining the uses of different variety of lenses.

Recently purchased pair of spectacle I am totally happy with the service with the stores employe had given, when I entered into the store, store person treated me as a family member, one of the gentleman tested my eyes and he suggested the proper lenses, and he cleared my all the doubts totally satisfied with the service provided by the person and I am happy with my spectacle also,

So I went to this shop and bought. A pair, and the executive who was attending to me was ordering for me and I had placed my 2 selected glasses together and even though i had told him to order that pair, he ordered different one, in spite of this i didn't say anything.when I went for the exchange which happened after I got the specs, they were too rude while making the exchange some lady started entering my wrong birth year and said it didn't matter and the other executive was sarcastic when i told which frame i choose.

Very customer service. I have visited 4 times since 1 month. I have interacted with your salesperson a lady & a gentleman both are top class.

I purchased contact lenses ₹1998/- worth, The lady in the shop told that they give guarantee for 3 months. Within 9 days my daughter noticed some fault in edges of the lens. Since it was a defective piece. When I went to the shop to explain, it was such pathetic customer service they are not even bothered to check the defect. They are adament and are struck with irrelevant reply of mis handling. Why will some one mis handle expensive product. Further, he didn't santize his hands while he touched the lenses.he spoke about mis handling Absolutely pathetic experience Lens kart Baswangudi store. Bangalore

Specs bought within a period 1 yr usage, frame got cut which is purely due to mfg defect, inspite of taken insurance during purchase the showroom did not honor my claim for replacement.stated 1week to check claim, till than how do I manage? Ask me to buy new one. Very bad services than I bought new one at Titan showroom opp. 1/2 the rate with good quality

Very worst service!
I had been to take glasses for first time and they said you have very good offer of "Buy one, Get one Free".
then none of the basic spectacles fit e so i went for John Jacobs lens with some extra additional coverage etc etc.they charged 5300 for 2 glasses.saying we have some insurance and all.
But 2.6k glass screw came off within 3 months of purchase. (no any harsh handling) and when we went for fixing it.we received a very bad response from the executives and they said we cannot fix it.with lot of arguments they agreed to put some other screws as if they are fixing some broken wood (very big screws were put). Worst service ever I received.

Very bad services.defective product received no proper customer service.n no exchange for product n they convienc the people to buy the same defective product. NO collection shud buy which lens they tell.they don't understand what cust say they argue product are good.

What more can i say. Its the 6th time im purchsing my spectacles this year in this shop. Amazing staff, cool collections. Main part of the shop is staff's patience. Everytime i get the glasses from this shop, i have no regrets.

Very poor service, sales executive very rude, they will not respond properly, not much frame options.when we went to check the frame they said after getting order v can change if v want but after that they are telling they can't change and got the same product back.so pl don't buy lenses from lenskart waste of money
