Worst customer care ever. Returned my glasses 3 times… never picks u up the phone… unfortunately stuck with them. The franchise should be taken away. It’s a pathetic stigma for the Brand! Do something

Very rude behaviour. Store closes at 9: 30 pm but they start at 8: 40 pm that we are closed and you can't see the products!

The staff is so rude the upper management should definitely look into this
They are really not even ready to show any products or even suggest, all they are asking is to leave the store as they want to go home at 8.30
