This was my first visit to lenskart. We were attended to by Mr. Vishal. Mr. Vishal was very assistive right from the start. The eye test was done in a jiffy. Mr. Vishal also provided useful inputs in choosing the right frame as per my face shape. The wait for the new pair of eyelasses commences. Cheers!

Store is not equipped to handle customers. Each eye test take 20 - 30 minutes. Employees are not transparent on the wait time. After waiting for 1 hour we couldn't get the eye test done and had to go to Titan Eye where the infrastructure was there to handle multiple customers and eye test was done immediately. It will be better to have one store in a locality that is fully equipped and staffed rather than having multiple small store where experience is marginalized.

I placed an new power glasses fir my kid with Doctor’s prescription. They got the specifications numbers wrong for one eye.
Lucky that, just happened to notice that on the email.

If unnoticed, damage to eyes cannot be explained.

Please have double check on your orders always.

Entered the store and we were literally the only customers there. Saw atleast 4 staff passing time. We were asked to sit at a place and even after waiting for 15 mins, no one bothered to ask what we even wanted. We then left the store. Seems like they don't care about customers.

I had a great experience of purchase at Lenskart HSR. Mr. Santosh is a very professional person. He helped me to correct my power details on the order with multiple discussions. He is very patient to answer queries and have proactively connected with me to notify me on the offers on my orders. I would highly recommend this lenskart outlet for any kind of spectacle purchase

The outlet is standard as per Lenskart provisions but it's that staff which makes a difference. The sales guy as well as the optician are customer oriented and willing to help without expectations. Extremely satisfied with the eye check up process and opticians consultation.

Have veen ordering spectacles for a while and one if the most satisfying thing is the customer centric approach. I recently ordered blue cut lenses for a new pair and felt that given the index, thickness was higher than previous lenses. I brought it to the notice of store manager Mr. Santhosh and was ably assisted in getting a replacement. Got the new pair and this time it seems perfect Pretty happy with the service.

Recently got my spectacles from HSR, was a seamless experience. Got the offer, eye check up and promise to deliver the spects on my special day. Promise was kept by staff and they made me again a satisfied Lens kart Customer.

Went to this HSR 27th main store for power check and specs and found it to have lots of issues - enough to avoid another visit in future. To start with, they have no temp check in place, which is must at the time we are going through (COVID-19). So anyone can enter the store and you won't even know the person beside you is unwell or not. Hand sanitizer is kept at a place hardly visible and hence half of the customers don't use it, the employees in this store don;t even bother to ask the customers to use it. No social distancing and no limit to number of people in the store. Coming to the behavior of staff/employees, less said the better it is. They are least bothered to show the frames and you have to literally ask them twice or thrice to show the frames or explain things! No idea why LensKart has opened this store next to Titan Eyeplus and Himalaya, which has much better measures and staff!

Im very happy with lenskart. Products are very good quality and the eyetest was realy good and done by an experienced guy.very happy with the buy one get one offer. Safty precautions are good given sanitizer taken temperature. Especially santhosh was realy helpful to select the frames and all he explained about the products very well it was really a good experience thank you guyz
