There is something about the lenskart training, utterly disappointing customer experience. Particularly at this store I've visited several times and had very bad taste. The staff doesn't really care about telling anything properly, trying to push sell forcefully without listening the requirements, not conducting eye tests or care to do it properly. So many times I've to go to other lenskart stores to satisfactorily buying what i needed. Manager please take a note of this, not pointing it to any particular employee.

Amaizing shop i really loved. In this shop a staff named shafras he is amazing.he is the role model to other for how to satisfy a customer.
