Just been to the lenskart shop in kd road, Mr. Tahir was there to help me out and it was a good expression

Store well maintained staff's are customer friendly. Totally nice experience with lenskart.

Given wrong promise saying I can claim 100% of cashback on my next purchase but when I went for redemption of cashback I was getting only 500 as discount for 5k bill. This is purely a trap.

This is my first purchase from Lenskart. At first i was planning to buy directly from website but later when i decided to choose offline which may give a better idea about the quality of material they have used. Kalidasa road branch was my nearest one. So i visited it fingers crossed. But the service which was provided was extraordinary. My special thanks to Mr Mithun who took so much patience to check the power of my eyes and even answered all my questions regarding it. He also helped me in choosing a good frame. I have taken two specs in buy 1 get 1 offer. I placed order on monday evening. By friday i got both the specs delivered at very good condition. It is better to order offline as they do quality check at the time of delivery and that will ensure that there is no manufacturing defects. My sincere thanks to Mr Dhiwakar for guiding through entire procedure. Happy being their customer.

They sell poor quality lens. I brought specs which had an offer of buy one and get one free. In one of specs which I had bought, two lenses were of different quality. One was good and another wasn't. It cannot be recommended.

They are not customer friendly, the sales person doesn't attend customer properly when we will go for exchange & maid us to wait, worst experience

Very very bad customer support. The staffs are really arrogant. I waited forever to get eye tested. Left the shop without buying anything. Please teach your staff to be customer friendly.

Worst shop ever seen it shows that the shop closes at 9: 00pm but if a make a call at 8: 00 pm to for the enquiry of my ordered glasses no one recieves the call bad customer support ever seen
