Let me start from the beginning. When I bought the my first set, I complaint in store that it’s not clear to me and giving more load to my eyes. You guys asked me to keep wearing it for more time. I wore almost 10 more months when I finally decided to get the lens power checked and realized you guys had given me wrong power.
I got it exchanged and now seems like quality of lenses are of poor quality and started breaking in chips.
After talking to them, " I wish I could do more than apologize but we also cannot go beyond the policy. "

The staffs are very friendly and they just fixed my broken specs within 5 mins, Rakesh is the technician who fixed the spec and he is superfast and very friendly. Thanks to Rakesh lenskart, Before coming to lenskart I visited some other spec shop near me they told they can't fix.

Being an old LK customer and having experienced their services across multiple stores in Kolkata, Chennai & Bangalore, this is definitely the worst store experience after two visits. My visit experience on both occasions (with few months time gap between each since I thought it could just be that one ill fit service guy during my first visit and I should not make a formative opinion based on that) left a lot desired.sharing my opinion.others may have experienced it differently. For me it was misleading, misinforming and interest lacking (to provide solution as per customer need) service personnel with a very cold approach which didn't induce exploration time on my part.

Excellent staff service and behaviour also good. Optometrist subijina done my vision test and she is very helpful towards me to know my condition and explain about all the products also help me to choosing a good product anyway it was a wonderfull experience to me

Still now, i have not got the glasses. The frame has defect and the shop executive are pushing the defective piece to us, telling when power lens ll be thr instead of normal lens in the frame, the defect will come. Then the basic question comes, y a person need to purchase a spec with normal glass? It is not goggles. So after so much argument, they told manager will take care. And manager ll come tomorrow. He left for the day. I went arround 6.30pm.

Lenskart is calling to collect without a quality check. Again took the otp before delivering. Again when we show the defect they try to push the product making fool to us

Happy to buy first lenskart product and gold membership from this store.
Staff is very polite and good suggestions.

I visited the branch yesterday for my eye testing. I'm totally satisfied with the service of leskart staff. Especially the staff subijina who was the person assigned to test my eye.

They don't even check before sending the package. I have different power in both eyes they sent me lenses without any instructions. The phone no is not reachable.what is a point of having home delivery when i anyway have to visit store

But LensKart's way of sales is nothing but a fraudulant manner chain sales.
It is like a chain money business.
When I want a profuct your offer of the discount on MRP "buy one take one manner" to me instead of direct 50% is not appreciable.let it be to whom it fits but not to single spects buyers.
I wanted a.bettet spects, but opted for ordinary due to this tricky business. Based on Someone's discount coupon.instead of offering directdiscount is against business ethics.
You are insisting double specs.for even a single purchaser who have no other choice, but to take an keep it idle for the sake of hidden business agenda of yours.instead you may.give standard price and discount system. Lien to Customers preference instead of extra grabbing mentality.
