I went to the store with my broken specks. Never thought it will get repaired but Hari is amazing. He took some 10mins and fixed the specks. I am so thankful to Hari for doing a fantastic job. Definitely coming back again to this store.

Service and assistance wise is so cool but backend team response is very slow and after a lot of vigorous followups, my exchange request got approved and within no tym my exchange item order got created from Ashish.

It would be great If it delivers soon on or before Sunday atleast.

Worst place ever please don't visit here again they always say some reason and send you back to come at some other time

Visited last day evening at 7 pm.asked 2,3 executives to help with price details.no one responded.at last one person came and informed 7000 + tax for everything. I asked her if I can check for lens types and price.she informed that whatever your purchased will cost 7000+ tax no other information available.

Excellent and quick service. I had come to change the lens of my damaged spectacles into a new frame that I had ordered from Lenskart. I was told that it would take few days for the same, but Mr Vinod did the change within few minutes. Thanks for putting a smile on my face and specs on my eyes!

Closing time is 9: 30PM for the store but eye checkup is done only till 6 PM.

I visited to marathahalli lenskart with my aunt and uncle who are old and we went inside they make us to wait for 2 hrs just for eye test i understand it was a weekend but there is no one take responibility atleast not giving place to sit the customers.manager i dont know what he his job there he came and roaming here and their not even ask to sit them or greet them he came at 6: 30 took all photographs and busy in his works not looking into customers.
I went on next day for myself checkup same issue i waited for 2 hrs just for eye test and i ask the manger why its too late for test he should lookinto the store how many are their.
I need to ask them still how much time how much time then they will send us for test.
Its very bad experince as a 4 years of lenskart customer.
The manager response was not good at all.

Overall experience is very bad, specs are not suited with my eye power and very few options to select frames.
Don't get fooled with the offers and waste money

Not satisfied with the service towards customers. Please try to keep good rapo with customers, inspite of good collections if there is no proper service there will be no use for the customers.

I had ordered a specs from the store on 17th Feb, which suppose to be home delivered within a week, which is already been delayed and now the product is delivered to the store. After calling multiple times to the store still there is no proper clarity that when I am gonna recieve the product. Really disappointed with this service after 5 years of relationship with LensKart.

Worst customer experience in this store. Have gone 4 times till now. Specs selection is done. Need eye test to be done for placing orders but every time they give all sorts of reasons for not being able to do the test.
From last three times they have asked me to come at specific times but even after visiting at the requested time they make all random excuses and ask to come back again or visit some other store. The staff is neither courteous nor customer centric.

Bhavatharani- She was very calm in handling our queries. She was able to give proper answers. We are about to buy 4 glasses from the store but due to lack of availability in stock we couldn’t purchase.

Worst experience. Sales boy don't know how to behavior with customers they talk rubbish. One suggestion hire good people or provide some good training before placing them in store. Looks like there is only one girl who is taking all the responsibility doing eye test and also selling spectacles. I will not recommend anyone to visit this store.

I had an horrible experience with Lenskart Marathahalli Branch.

1. Sight readings were not taken properly
2. They always put the pressure on you to buy 2 glasses
3. So i have ordered 2 frames.for the second one again the same issue of not taking the sight readings properly.
4. Adjusted the readings properly and said that we are giving the reading glasses for you for free and placed the order.
5.the comedy got repeated again saying that reading glasses +1.75 will be ordered and delivered
6. After one week they we have only 2 readings which i am bound to take either +1.5 or +2.0 now since its a free gift we cannot give the amount nor the right frame.for all these things i was roaming for 1 month.everytime you will the new sales guys and only the word they repeat has who took the order and who has promised.they are saying you need to get adjusted since its a free gift for dewali.such a horrible experience and all the staff don't have proper knowledge also.

I lost hope and i am having the doubt on the lense also what they promised and what they delivered. Since i cannot roam around them for i just stopped asking with them and getting adjusted after paying 13k.

I went here. But one guy working here are not intrested for sale. He told me 2 people are there for testing at 7pm we need to close the shop by 8pm so come tomorrow. It happen 2nd time with me. But before this I went with my wife that day time was 4 pm only when I asked for my wife eye test same person, he told 2 person are there it will take more than 1hr so come tomorrow. But that time I told him, I will wait but intresting thing in next 15 one lady sales person asking for testing and next 10 min she have done the testing. Here only she who done the testing and she have attend us and done all process. Apart from her here no one intreted for customer. They are bussy with there world. So I am not satisfied with the service here. I won't recommend anyone to vist this store. Go other lenskart insted of this.

What a bad experience today on this store. Reached at 8.10 pm, entered the store and a lady in lenskart approached and mentioned the store is soon gonna close, so basically asked me to leave. Does it not matter to you guys? Store manager is apparently on leave and the staffs are denying for customers. At 8.10pm on outer ring road in the city of Bangalore, what a customer service. With some request some how we entered the shop and we got another bonus, just picked the 1st glass to try when one more staff mentioned that there is no offer on this and the range starts from 5000. I asked their names specifically and wanted to mention those employees but let it be, I am bigger than you.

A very neatly organised shop inspite of being pretty small. The customer service is great and the technicians were open to answering a lot of questions that were put forth to them.

I bought two glasses from the Lenskart, Marathahalli outlet. Prudhviraj representative showed lot of frames and suggested the best. He was very good in customer servicing. The second pair frame was issue due to metal too weight. I spoke to Prudhviraj and he asked me to visit the showroom and checked and nicely communicated and I got the new another frame with my full satisfaction. I recommend him he's good customer service and appreciated for his support.

Just wanted to share Recent experience about this branch, I had no plan to purchase spectacles just visited to check about blue lenses.

The guy who helped me (Prudhvi) in shop he was very well trained to understand our need he was very clear what exactly i needed and briefly he has shown all the frame options and made us ended up with buying blue lenses,

And store team fallowed all the safty percussion right from entry of the shop, Eye exam, and billing. Honestly i can refer any of my friends and family members as this is the safest place to shop spectacles.
