Dint get sunglases ontime and when I got another pair of regular glass found small scratch so returned back. In all I have still not got my both glasses on promised date.

Very courteous staff and helpful in choosing the right ones. Eye test was done very patiently and to utmost satisfaction.

Horrible service. The product wasn't delivered nor the money was refunded. They keep stating reasons as ticket raised even after a month. Strongly recommend NOT to visit this branch.

Lens kart itself is a good brand. This store is too. If you are not getting good response from the junior staffs there then please talk to Sharath, the man in charge there. He'll make sure the issues are sorted.

Firstly I expected there would be a good service, the service was bad, the way the staff was responding was bad, he was raising his voice likewise I'm there doing some mistake, by this person I definitely won't recommend this lenskart to anyone. Worst experience ever Secondly thanks that I'll never again take a name lenskart.

I had to change lens of my specs. It’s been 8 days and I haven’t received my specs. In other stores it usually take maximum 48 hours. Imagine a person without their specs for 8-10 days or God knows how many more days. There customer care never picks the phone. After requesting call back no one calls. Store people have no idea what’s the status. Please never ever buy things from lenskart. Super pathetic service. They don’t deserve one star also but to write this review it has to be given.

Update… they have broken my older frame and now in place of my 4000 Titan eye plus frame they are forcing Vincent chase cheap frame. Customer has no choice. The cheapest frame they are forcing on the customer to buy. Never ever go to a lenskart if you want genuine service. If you want to buy cheap products just for show, you can try but genuine products and service is not expected from Lenskart!

I strongly refer not to visit this store. The product delivered at this store is not good and also the behaviour of the staff is very rude and they show careless attitude towards customers who visit the store to exchange the faulty products. Even they will make customers responsible for the faulty products from lenskart.
