I had purchased a spectacles and the frame broke after three months. They wouldn't replace since I didn't have insurance. Be careful to get a sturdy frame, and if you can afford it please go to a proper optician.

Worst experience. I went to get my eyes tested and choose a frame but the moment I said I hsd come for testing the manager or whosoever is the senior started giving excuses that the lady who tests is busy with other clients and asked me to come sometime else like really. I walked in Bengaluru rains for 1km to reach and get it done in the evening but the behaviour was so pathetic that i wonder lenskart has just to do profits and has stopped focussing on customer treatment which they used to do in their initial days.

The staff is so rude, I went to get my eyes power checked and the lady straight up asked us to leave as they didnt had didnt staff, she was so rude as they dont want any customers any their loss, please train your staff on how to talk to customers If not that atleast ask them not to be rude.

Very pathetic service. There’s an Optometrist name called Barnali not bother to do an eye test. Simply these people sit and No service waste of time visiting this place to buy spectacle.

Between me and my better half we have been using lenskart for more than 4-5 years. We recently visited the branch in green glen and our experience was horribLE So I got powered specs for my daughter and sunglasses for myself. After 3 days I noticed my sunglasses had some issues so I went for exchange. As it was under exchange time they told me they don't have another piece in store so they will call and inform me new pickup date. Fine, so far; expect for quality issue which I have not faced previously in any other stores. They called four days later apologizing for delay and informing me to pick up next day.
When I reached the store I noticed that new piece was all scratched. I mean my daughters old glasses were better than those. Here they said there is no another piece and no refund too so I have choose another after wasting 20 more minutes. I asked them to get me those in same price range so I can choose from them and they vaguely told me to choose any. Took me another 20 mint to choose in limited stock. Then he tells me it too pricy (later we found the difference was 300/-) I told him we will pay the difference to which he replied not possible. Now after my husband got angry and wasted total an hour of our time they agreed on refund.
Next day they call and say partial refund is not possible so either return the kids glasses and have full refund or choose another sunglasses.
I am using this platform to inform others, also hoping to reach to someone responsible to look in matter.
P. S. - When I told the store person on phone I refuse to waste my time in coming to store for either choosing new sunglasses or returning my kids powered. He has the audacity to tell me to Dunzo him the glasses, so he could initiate full refund.

I hope people learn from my experience and take precaution when dealing with this store. Staff I dealt with was misleading, misinforming and unhelpful.

Worst Experience. Staff not good. Quality not good even before giving to customer they will not check the quality. They will do the wrong eye check up and prepared wrong number.
