I got wrong spects. They vary very differently from my selected ones.
And also the tint of sunglasses is different from what i selected

Naveen did an excellent job of guiding me, I was planning on changing one pair of specs but I ended getting 2 done
He was extremely empathetic and made sure I got the product withIN ONE DAY! Kudos!

The store had good collection.since the space was small it was comparatively low. Overall good experience

Hi, have been there today and bought a very light and comfortable glass, and a very polite staff named mounika helped me out in every possible way.

Very nice staff. I didn’t expect anyone to help me out amidst the rush though one of the staff did come and help me and even tightened the specs that I already had. I really do appreciate it. Highly recommend the Phoenix branch of lenskart.

The crowd at the store says it all. There are two other spectacle brands next to Lenskart but they have just 10% customers and Lenskart had the remaining all.

No doubt lenskart has the best technologies being used to access your power and eyesight but the staff at the store are the ones who keep it running. Visited there yesterday and glad to make purchase. I hope my order arrives on time. Their quality is top notch and designs are just wow!

Point for improvement would be to make the eye testing process a little faster and not make customers wait for long

Pretty good collection. Stuffs are helpful in choosing the best glass for you.
If there is a havoc change in your eye power you have to get a prescription from outside doctors, they won't give you power prescription.

Worst service. If any issue better call to customer care rather then listening to their senseless response.

This store has extremely pushy sales tactics, bordering on annoying. This is the fourth time I’ve gone to the store and my experience remains same.

The staff relentlessly market their higher priced lenses even after clearly stating I did not want that.
I’ve had staff personally message me on an earlier visit requesting to change feedback to higher rating!
I’ve also had an occasion where they failed to deliver the finished product on time and showed no accountability.

The staff also constantly hover around while I’m browsing the frames for no reason. I won’t be revisiting or recommending to anyone.

Browsing through the other reviews, it looks like there are at least two fake reviews for the store. Where the reviewers have reviewed exactly two Lenskart stores with the same rating around the same time. Appalling tactics!

Went here for an eye check-up. Shilpa who handled my check-up was very timely and thorough, despite it being peak hours. She was very effective in helping manage the crowd both individually and by helping the other staff!

Wow! Never expected i would get handpicked best collections of specs for me. Really loved it and it was indeed a must try out place. Thank yoy team lenskart and especially Nazrul.

Lenskart online customer support is nice but to resolve the issue related to fitting fast i went to this store.
I had pathetic experience.

It's was such a great experience I had here. They made sure I get my specs glasses replaced without.much issues.

I waited for a sunglass for almost a month and these people have reprocessed it for 6 times because they couldn’t do their job. I’m frustrated because I spent 10k and I didn’t get what I wanted even after trying so many times. This is the 6th order with the same problem, they keep changing my power and sending them? How I confirmed the power more than 3 times and they kept calling me for approval for everything still today received email about the dispatch and it’s the wrong power.

Now I lost my 10k and it’s a waste of my time.
I will be leaving the country in two weeks. I have purchased from then before but currently this order has messed the customer service.

The place is a must visit one, if you are inneed of uv protection glasses and all. It was a good decision from my part for opting the shop. It was a smart decision and these guys never lets the cusyomer down.

Very bad response sales guys.didn't even response for me.even though am regularly and existing customer.have spent 40 minutes with no response in attending customer.

Inbetween our eye test a guy turned off the screen for no reason. There is one skinny girl… 1. Why did he turn of the Eye test screen, 2.how long will it take to finish the test, her go to answer was “i dont know”. Worst attitude! Trying to sell you the most expensive lens and once you find out they have cheaper options she becomes dead silent! We went inside the store inspite of lenskart not refunding me 3500+ for the past one year! Never again lenskart!

This place was awsome, they are providing good eye test and eye glasses also. The staffs were very helpfull. Do visit this place guys.

Have visited the store two weeks back with an issue with one of our prior purchase and store executive was very supportive in terms of listening to our concern and following up with lensekart customer care. Truely sad quality of lenses and frame when it comes to multifocal specs. Service is good for cheap and single focal lenses. The people at store are good and polite in help.

I can do this all because my class was broken which I purchased from local optical store from New Delhi and they have really helped me a lot in repairing the glasses. I really appreciated Thier efforts.
