My sunglass screw was missing and visited to number of stores including local shop but no one able to fix it.

I can give negative rating if available I'm a doctor I took lens I had lot of irritation I went back to them they told to use antibiotics etc one lens could come for 1 week instead of a month they are telling to get checked from eye specialist with some specific machine etc I met doctor he told it's bcz of lens I feel irritation I have never faced irritation issue n they're not exchanging it that's atleast fine they're not even following up calling n asking what happened how we are feeling now I visited store atleast 5-6 times n called atleast 10 times and then they are so least bothered I just used all lens for week once n throwed it really very bad experience very bad follow up please don't buy lenses from lenskart I request others. -10 rating for these kind of experience

I had gone to lenskart Ramamurthy nagar for eye check up and change of specs.
They recommended me to Sri eye hospital Ramamurthy nagar for eye dilation checkup which they do not have.
Trusting their word I went to Sri sai eye hospital Ramamurthy hospital.
Sri sai eye hospital made my specs, same day the lens came out. After 04 days the two sticks of the specs broke and one of the lens cracked from edges.
How does lenskart Ramamurthy nagar recommend a place without verification. The sai eye hospital was not even willing to acknowledge the problem.
I have lost more than rs10,000 for their wrong recommendation in my new specs. Now with the broken specs I have to again get a double expense specs made.

Let me tell my experience on how i got cheated. I bought two glasses from this store. The executive explained the benefits of getting a gold membership and he mentioned that it is valid for lifetime and we can buy glasses in any store. I recently came to know that it is valid for one year. It is not a selling strategy if you cheat people to buy a product. It is the duty of the executive to inform people beforehand about the conditions involved while buying a product or put a notification in the store explaining the T&C. Failing to do so, it means you can only sell the product by cheating people. I am giving one star because i cannot post this review with zero stars. No wonder why this store has a lower rating. And most importantly the executive were begging to rate the store with 5 stars as soon as you pay the money. But we will realise the mistake of rating the store when we get the product.

Gave frame with incorrect power got it replaced once then again I was having blurry vision but the store guys told me to wear it for 10days it will adjust but it didn't. I had to move to my hometown because of covid and delayed raising an issue. I got my power check up done by a professional doctor and she told me with lenskart glass my vision is 6/36 and I should throw these glasses in garbage as its of no use.they will not accept their fault so please get your power checked and buy from Titan or any other shop. P. S I am gold member and I ordered two frames and both have incorrect power.

I bought a sports power spectacle and it was absolutely amazing.
I think the sales person name was Mr. Dilip who took my requirement personally and made one for me. I very thankful to him and I should say their customer handle skills is too good.

Please avoid eye contact with this store if you are passing by. Worth customer experience. Very bad sales people. Unfortunately If you take glasses from this store and if they ask you to rate the store, please do rate after receiving your product. And to the store people, please develop a sense to apologize if you have made a mistake.

Very bad sales people. While purchase they will make us believe that high value glasses will have less thickness. But while taking u will surprise to see the high thickness. If u ask them simply they will tell u have high power and for that frame u glass thickness will be there. Frame quality is also bad. It won't balance if u keep it on floor. If u complain he will bend it with hands and and give u. Worst service not at all worst for the cost. Don't get cheated from them on cost.

Nice, I bought some cool looking glasses, but the thing is, even though u guys have buy one get one free, it's just the frames, but we gotta pay for the glasses for both, that's dissapointing.
