Not happy with the stores personnel insisting on my mobile number to make the bill. This is against the law and i am considering lodging a complaint with the appropriate authorities

While shopping membership details were scouted, but staff did not clearly reveal the membership fees

I have been a Lenskart Customer for more than a decade. Over this period, I find that they have continued to improve, both wrt their Services and Quality of their Products. All this comes at a most cost effective procurement for the Customer.
I have little doubt, that if they are not the best, they deserve to be there.

Really nice experience, i have done free eye testing from the store and the optom vaishnav done it really good.he explained about all the procedures while doing the eye test.that was really a wonderful experience from lenskart RMZ mall store. I would rate 5 star for the service given by Nikhil I had my spec broken & went on store for insurance claim I wanted my same spec to be given as replacement as it suited me very well but unfortunately they had upgraded those spec to different colour after requesting to Nikhil he got me the same spec which I had as replacement all this went in with no time the transaction was very quick & Nikhil had constantly in touch with me for the service required.thank you

Bought a pair of framed specs. Very good collection but little less choices. Used my gold membership to avail the Buy-One-Get-One offer. Although I ended up paying 3.5k for one. Maybe I'll think twice to choose Lenskart from next time. Please have a collection of affordable ones as well.

Very polite and professional team. They advised and ensured that I got the correct set of glasses.

I m very much unhappy with the diagonosing of Lenskart and the service provided. I was diagnosed with wrong power in the first place and even after giving them the right precription after consulting my family doctor, they failed in providing the right powered lenses. When asked for return or refund policy they were creating more inconvenience for me as a customer. I would say it would be better if they (Lenskart) just sell frames instead of incorrect diagnosing, afterall it's a health concern matter or else they should hire and keep a qualified opthalmologist who could give a proper diagonosis.

Recently I placed an order in the shop, only to be disappointed. Firstly, the employees (including the Manager) need to be given proper training on how to behave respectfully to the customers. Secondly, all they do is take the money from the customer and provide terrible service.
I paid good money to get the product, therefore, I would be expecting a good service with reliability and respect - to both of which the shop and the employees have failed miserably.
I would not recommend anyone to go to the RMX Galleria Lenskart outlet.

Disappointment is an understatement to describe the lenskart at RMZ galleria. Extremely unprofessional service and very rude management. I had a friend place an order for a couple of new new frames, and they messed up the powers of the lenses to be fitted. Adding to that, they had the audacity to try and justify the negligence, and the manager dealt with the matter very arrogantly and spoke extremely rudely, offering no effective assistance or solution. Terrible service, terrible management. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Lenskart is a reliable online brand but the stores need a lot of catching up to do. This store has a good collection, I didn’t purchase anything but found the staff cordial.

Opened recently and have a great collection. You can avail the offer of buy one get one by taking a membership of 500. Frames start from 900 and lens would cost extra if it involves power. Delivery can upto 4-5 days. Upon availing membership you can refer to your friends who can avail buy one get one offer for free.
