Customer service was pathetic. They were not okay with replacing the glass of inside scratch which is manufacturing defect. I have brought the glass 2 months back and 1 year warranty is there, still they were not ready to replace it. Very bad customer service.

Worst service I have seen ever staff asking for without invoice bill they’ll make order as it is same which I have seen in lenskart
I didn’t agree for them so they suggested me bad lenses after few days i went for service they took 7days time to make small repair

I went to local optical store which is near to my home they have given good quality lenses and frame within 1 day delivey and free service also within minute

Which lenskart has given its worth for 700 they charged me like 2800

Service is terrible. Please don't waste your time going here. Might as well visit other branches. Very very poor and irresponsible. Please avoid at all costs.

The store and collection is great but unfortunately run poorly and the service is below average to say the least. My advice to the staff is to brush up their skills on professionalism and customer service and give due respect to the customer’s time as it is a desperate need to keep their business going.

I have nothing against the brand - Lenskart and have had several pleasant experiences with them in the past hence I will be taking my business to the CBI road branch after a tiring month of back and forth with the Rahmat Nagar store.

Worst experience ever, they never provide selected frames and the brand so called John Jacob won't lasts for an year. Replacement or fixing the product is lowest quality I have received. Choose wisely.

Highly mismanaged. Failed to even respond to my request even after two days. I kept on following up and finally gave up on them and took my specs back. Won't recommend to anyone, they make high promises while selling but don't adhere to any of them.

Manager here is so useless he don't know about anything about the product in the store and about the product offers and he is don't know how to communicate with the customers

Had been to buy out for my parents. The courteous lady Miss Shwetha was so professional, she answered all the questions of my father. Not once was she giving up rather explained all that he wanted. Loved the way they cared for us. Cheers to the lady and the whole team.

The manager is so useless and grossly irresponsible at his work. He never responds to any customer and none of the executives answer propely. Overall, it's a pathetic experience.

Accidentally broke my frame within a month of purchasing from lenskart, RT nagar. Nice support from the staff, they replaced my frame with a new one.

Hey your Bangalore, RT nagar branch. They give very very poor service. They don't respond to customer and don't understand the customer needs. One guy wearing specks doesn't care if we ask anything. & the eye testing girl has very bad attitude. They should be pro active & should be eager to solve customer queries. And others just sit in cash counter useless without caring for anything. Really very very bad service in RT nagar branch.

Poor service, they are assuming that they are doing charity and doing it for free service. The guy who is wearing specs (thin) not interest to listen and he least bother if you ask anything. The girl who is doing eye check up carrying different attitude. Awful experience.
