The store staff were unwilling even to try to adjust my clip on frame which was awfully crooked on my face. They blamed on the power of lenses and just said that's the way it will stay. I went to local optician who did a fantastic job in setting frame well. Total disappointment with the store.

Staff was not cooperative at all. Strange to see so many positive reviews. Though we selected the shades quickly and asked for billing thrice, there was no response and was made to wait. Finally we walked out of the store and ordered online.

One of the kindest staff I have met in a long long time, especially Mr Nehal & the manager. Protect them at all cost. Answered all our questions politely. Might help to have extra staff during rush hours/weekends. Would visit again. Thank you very much
